This place is a joke, They have a website with there parts and prices , We went to the store to get the part we seen online was 39$ , the guy in store said $50 and he said I wont charge you for tax , These guys are pocket half your money there a bunch of scum bags ripping people the dont know any better. Were not stupid , I ended up going to Sears Parts And Service to get my part and it only cost $15, and I was in n out 5 mins. 1st Source Servall Appliance Parts was just a waste of my time.

Customer service does not exist. Tried to pick up a part that I had already paid for. They knew I was coming, as it was bought just a few minutes before. I was going to be a few minutes late so I called. The girl in the back tried to transfer me to the front and they would not pick up even a few minutes BEFORE 5. I pulled up at 5:05 and the place was locked up without even an employee car in the lot. I will order online next time. Eff these clowns.

This place is great every time I need a part they are helpful and very knowledgeable about anything Ive ever asked them about. If they dont have the item Im looking for they will do their best to find it. If they cant find it they will find someone that has it. They do the best they can with what they have to make their customers happy. Thanks a lot guys.

was totally gouged price wise. Didnt ask if I wanted the lifetime part replacement, just put it on My receipt with charge. total bill was 76 bucks with change. I later found this part online for 16 bucks. You think Ill do any business with these people? You think Ill tell everybody?

Very Helpful. They didnt have a part for my furnanace and took time to track it down. This is the second time theyve gone the extra mile. The young guy Darrel knows his stuff and the others seemed very friendly. Good operation.
