Our extended home service agreement provider initially sent a technician from another company out to evaluate our over-the-range microwave and they barely looked at the microwave before determining that the fault was due to arcing that fried the magnetron which resulted in the warranty claim being denied due to a non-covered malfunction. We wanted a second opinion so we took our microwave oven to the Appliance Connection on 7439 N Beach Street. The Appliance Connection’s technician (Taylor the owner) actually looked at our microwave inside and out and determined that the actual malfunction was due to the inverter going out and that is why the microwave would not cook and produced the awful smell when it was operated. Furthermore, if the malfunction was arcing, the wave guide inside the microwave cooking area would show visible signs of being burnt or there would be damage spots in the microwave ceiling or sidewall. The fantastic customer service did not stop with the excellent technical evaluation. The Appliance Connection worked with our extended home service agreement company over two weeks to provide the detail they required to ultimately grant our claim for our non-working microwave. I would highly recommend the Appliance Connection on 7439 N Beach Street, Suite 318, Fort Worth, Texas 76137 and they now have a customer for life!

Have to say when I saw all those 5star ratings I had to google this company to be sure we were talking about the same folks. We were. So the only thing I can say is that their ratings must hinge on the service people they have in the field in any given week and on any given call. That said, today was not so good for them. A 12-3pm window on Friday turned into a 12-4pm window on Saturday with a late factor...in other words, yes, the window is 12-4 but he is running late. Hey, not my first rodeo. I am ok with that as long as I know. It is all good. It is now 7:03pm. No service guy. No call from anyone. And of course the office is closed. :) You should read my complete review on YELP (along with some others) and check out their C-rating on BBB.....C-!!! How the hell do you get a C- when all you have to do is respond? Oh yeah...thats it....you have to respond to your customers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE.

Wish I could give zero - Terrible experience. Its been more than two moths they are trying to fix my refrigerator. First person diagnosed the issue and forgot to log in their system. After follow up second person showed up and was had a nerve for telling me that my contract does not state a timeline when the problem should be fixed. He ordered the parts and said will fix it when the parts arrive next week. I have scheduled several appointments and every time their was some excuse. Although I agree that I had to deny first appointment as the technician changed time on me from 1.00 PM to 2.30 PM ... time to pick my kids from school. Now the owner seams to be bragging about how he runs a 1.5 million shop and cannot service my refrigerator as he does not have the parts. Did he actually had the parts in the first place? Please look somewhere else for you needs.

Soo... I call up and set up an appointment for them to come look at my dryer, they tell me they can be to my house the next day in between the times of 11 to 1. Its the the next day and Im waiting, it is now after 3pm and still a no show so I call up and Im told I wasnt even on the schedule, so while were speaking Im thinking the whole time shes writing my info down and putting it on the schedule. Good thing is they got someone out there right away once I called and let them know Im still waiting they had someone out there right away. They came out Monday, hrs after our appointment, we paid for the job in full on monday, no one called to set up an appointment, today is Wednesday and I had to call them. You got all your money, my dryer is still broke, I have to wait some more and I have a house full of dirty clothes!

I contacted the company yesterday and got a call back within an hour. (A competitor I had called at the same time called today and let me know they had forgotten to call me back yesterday. Their loss.) An appointment was set up immediately for today. The Tech called ahead of time and showed up right at 4p, as scheduled. Came in and quickly found the problem. Rather than order the part, he was able to improvise a perfectly workable solution which got me back up and running immediately rather than having to schedule another appointment. The problem was fixed in an hour and he cleaned up after himself. While here, the tech gave me advice on a couple other minor issues. Was super courteous and enjoyable to talk to while here. Would happily hire these folks again.

The people at Appliance Connection were amazing. I called and explained my dryer problem they gave advice on possible parts and offered to help by either getting parts or coming out for a fairly reasonable price. I opted to take in some of my damaged parts and they had the replacements on hand and also gave me multiple tips and things to watch out for while changing them. They seemed genuinely caring and never pushy. They really just wanted me to get the things I actually needed to fix my problem. The dryer is working great and I only spent $53. I was also able to pick up our refrigerator filter that I would have had to order online otherwise. If I have any further appliance needs I will be back for sure.

I am very disastisfied with Appliance Connection! I will not purchase appliances from them again. I found a product online but needed it in a day, so I called Appliance Connection and asked if they would match the price, I was quoted a price for a the over the phone that was $5 more that the product online to cover shipping. However, when my wife picked up the product they charged her $20 more than the original offer on the phone. When I called they were very rude and would not do anything to rectify the false quote they gave me. They also would not take a return. Overall lousy unethical people. I do not recommend doing business with them!

Appliance Connection was great and they are very very honest! I had Taylor, one of their techs come out because my washer was acting up. He came in a looked at the washer and gave me some prices and let me know what was wrong with the washer and saved me money. I need a new washer and he did not try to sell me a bunch of parts that i did not need, or charge me an arm and a leg for one thing that would fix it for a week then try to come back and pump me for more money. He was very helpful and I really learned alot from him to help me in the future. Thanks so much Appliancve Connection and Taylor I will reccommed you to everyone I know!!!
