Stopped in on Saturday Sept 17th to see what they had in stock for a gas dryer. The general manager Thomas Ottow was working that day he mentioned he did not have any scratch or dent gas dryers in stock but was receiving a shipment the following Tuesday 9/20. I explained I worked right down the road but worked until 6pm. Thomas gave me his business card and said give him a call Tuesday my cell phone number is on the card and I will stay a few minutes after 6pm to show them to you. I called Thomass cell phone Tuesday 9/20 about 10am and he did not answer so I left a message. I did not revive a call back so I called his cell phone again at 2pm again no answer. I called to store and the receptionist told me he was with a customer and she could take a message so I left a message with her. At 4:30pm I still had not received a call from Thomas so I called the store again and explained to the receptionist who I was and why I was calling. She told me he was still with a customer and she had given him the previous message. She put me on hold and went and talked to Thomas. When she got back on the phone she said he could not be there after 6pm but could be there after 6pm Wednesday night 9/21. I asked specifically if I needed to call and remind anyone. She said no he will be here for you. On Wednesday 9/21 I had my wife stop in to look at the dryers, which is the night I was told Thomas would be there after 6pm. She arrived at the store at 5:50pm and the store was locked and dark. The posted store hours are until 6pm every night of the week which matches the business card Thomas gave me. I called Thomass cell phone and the store but again no answer so I left a message. As of 9/28/16 I have yet to receive a call back from Thomas Ottow the General manager from the 3 messages I left him. I called to speak with the owner Greg on 9/22/16 and was told he was out of town until 9/26/16 but the receptionist took a message and said he would call me back. She also asked the reason for my call and I explained I had a bad experience. As of 9/28/16 I still have not heard from the owner of Milwaukee Appliance. Moral of the story is the General Manager and Owner really dont care about you the consumer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont understand these horrible reviews. My parents used Milwaukee Wash my entire life and now that I have a family my husband and I choose to use them too. I have never had a problem with them. They offer everything - If i need a new appliance I know I can trust them to help pick out the right one that will fit my needs, if I need a repair I know I can trust them to fix it at a reasonable price. They dont just fix your appliance or push you into buying something. They educate you, I love that I havent had to second guess my decisions. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Beyond satisfied with our experience. Picked up a garage fridge at a great price in almost mint condition from their used selection. Checked out their new appliances while we were there and decided to buy a refrigerator and dishwasher from them instead of Costco. Wise decision. Got higher end models for the same price, with much better and personal customer service. Feels nice to shop local too. Everything was delivered and installed by professionals. All features and instructions for use explained before they left the house. No reason for us to ever look anywhere else first.

We have purchased several appliances for our home and office from Milwaukee Appliance. Their sales people were very knowledgeable and competitive with pricing. Delivery was perfect, they were on time and got everything hooked up quickly. The repairs we had done were equally impressive. Experienced and informative servicemen. During Milwaukees August 2010 floods my refrigerator stopped working. I called Milwaukee Appliance for service. They sent out an inexperienced technician who determined that there was no power to the refrigerator outlet. He then went into the basement and started changing fuses. He ultimately put the wrong fuse in, said he couldnt fix the problem, charged me nearly $100, and left. Ive been trying for 2 months now to get contact the manager. No one will call me back.

Not sure if theyre prices are the cheapest, but we were pleased with the outcome. They fixed our stove, which wasnt heating to the right temperature and sold us a dishwasher to take the place of our broken one. Initially, we had a few issues with the install, but they came back and fixed everything to perfection and were very reasonable.

I initially had Milwaukee Appliance repair and service my dishwasher. They were incredibly fast and courteous. A few weeks later my dryer went out and they recommended a great scratch and dent model that saved us a good deal of money. I would highly recommend them when you are in the market for new appliances or great service!

Milwaukee Appliance has serviced my dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. There service is always friendly and timely. We did buy an awesome stainless steel refrigerator from their scratch and dent sale. We saved a ton of money. They have a huge section of scratch and dent appliances and many of them look brand new.

Family owned appliance dealer. Sales and service. Ranges, refrigerators, washers and dryers only. Purchased a "scratch & dent" refrigerator. Delivered on time at a very good price and very satisfied. They do a very good job on these and will shop there again. No TVs, computers, phones or other electronics.

I have also have had a poor experience with their service department. Be careful, they have several names that they operate under, Milwaukee Appliance, Milwaukee Wash Machine, and a few others. They have a store in Germantown and on Appleton Ave in Milwaukee.

Horrible ethics. Check reviews on yelp and bbb too. They have a pattern of jacking up repair costs to sell appliances. I see they ran the scam on many others. Steer clear of them. They dont give legitimate estimates.
