Every time I say I am not buying anything else at Sears I try to give them a chance and they do the same thing again. This time I am never buying anything at Sears anymore. 1st time I bought an expensive camcorder near $800 bucks, 2 days later something happened and I needed to return it. They said they couldnt give me the money back but could only put it in a Sears card making me spend it there anyways. 2nd I bought around $400 of tools, 2 boxes I never opened because I am a truck driver so hardly use them, almost a year passed and finally opened them and the picture on the box was deceptive the tools inside were not sockets to mechanic but sockets with screwdriver tips like torque sockets, I went to Sears and what do you know, they are evil again, 4 Managers like smiling or laughing how they are deceiving customers. Thats why SEARS WILL END UP CLOSING BANKRUPT I will be praying to GOD for justice and will give praise when I see SEARS OUT OF BUSINESS.

Never again will I purchase something here. Ordered a tool box on a Saturday I was supposed to be there by Thursday but was told I would receive a call once it was in. Called the store multiple times since no one ever called me I was put on hold TEN times hung up 6 times after being on hold at minutes each time the other 3 times I was sent to voicemail my calls were never returned the last time I called I was able to drive all the way from port Isabel to Harlingen sears where I showed the manager how long I was on hold. There was never an apology just a bunch of excuses. The manager handed off my order number to another employee so they could check if my box had come in after waiting ten minutes the employee never came back and the manager went to see what happened found out the box was there I guess he employee just wasnt going to come out and tell anyone? Moral of the story dont waste your time at this sears.

My husband bought my engagement ring here and it keeps on breaking. Ive only had it for a little bit over a year. My ring has already broke 4 times. I just got it back last week and it broke again yesterday for the 5th time. Im tired of taking it in. I have to drive from Edinburg to Harlingen just to get it fix. This will be the last time we buy from Sears.

We had to drive from McAllen Texas to Harlingen Texas because there is no Sears here. Our dryer gave out that weve had for 7 years. A Kenmore of course. We always buy Kenmore. A young man named Jonathan was very attentive and explained the warranty on our new dryer. We need Sears in McAllen. Thank-you.

Worst experience ever!!! I had to wait 6 months for my refund. They kept me going in circles that my money was on the way. To top it off they didnt even give me my full refund, trust me dont buy a mattress from here.

I go there mainly for the tools and with the Craftsman club card I get a good deal and usually catch sales on things I need. Store does seem very old and dated but the selection of tools is great.
