Seemed like a decent place based on reviews. My fridge is dying and was window shopping to see what they offered. No real pressure as I checked out their models. Apparently they have not heard of Austins smoking laws and was affronted with a strong smell of cigar and pipe smoke. This place seems to have bikers as employees. I cordially thanked the man upon leaving and went to drive away. I was soon followed by some skinny biker who removed his shirt and wanted to fight me for reasons unkown to me. I guess if you dont buy, you will be beaten up as you leave the store. Luckily I was already in my vehicle and quickly drove away. I thought they were a bit overpriced for being used. Well, yalls, not exactly the way to attract repeat business. I dont think I will be returning and risk physical violence.

This is the wrost place to by electodomestics... Dont even think about buying there... The owner named Dan is the most informal and wrost ever known... I bought a washer and I brought it back because it didnt work....they never explained me that"90 days warranty" . he said give my money back, if I can go the following day, and I did. Came all the wayfeom Georgetown again and he wasnt there. I called him again and he said the same thing... So he was palying with me laughing At me and hang up the phone...I tried calling again, he didnt answer. This the way he treats customers... Stilling your money saling sh...t....I dont want you on my situation... Giving our money away to this kind of people.

I have recently purchased a quality washer and dryer set from this store for less than I would have paid anywhere else for a single one. On top of the warranty they include free of cost for a very low fee you can have your appliances delivered by Zane, who is not only extremely friendly but also well informed! Great experience, great prices, quick delivery I will definitely be going back to them for my future appliance needs! Thanks again guys!

Im reading the reviews of this place and there seems to be a lot of judging people based upon appearance going on here. This place is 5 stars due to ZAIN! My heating element went out on my dryer, out of warranty. I called Zain and he brought me a replacement dryer within 2 hours. Get this, my new dryer is even better than my original! Thank you Zain and company.

Recently bought a washer-dryer set from here. Very friendly and helpful folks. They gave me a great deal that included delivery and installation. The 90-day "fix or replace" warranty is a major plus. Before hitting the big box stores for your appliances, check here FIRST. You wont regret it.

Good guys with good prices, their delivery guy Zane was great and did a good job hooking up all the stuff for my rent house. When we left the store the guy who sold us the fridge, and W/D set said " God bless you and God Bless Texas " ......I will be back again and again

Went in search of an inexpensive washer & dryer. Found a set quickly and were on our way. Our purchase (and all, I think) includes and 90 day fix or replace warranty. Would recommend to anyone in need of appliances on a budget.

Got an excellent deal on a complete stainless kitchen appliance set from these guys. A few scratch or dings left the whole set costing and much as a brand new fridge. Everything has worked like new. About to return for more.
