We used garza appliance through our home warranty. We called them to set up an appointment and didnt get a call back till two weeks later. The guy said he was available that day at 11:00am. They didnt show up till about 1:00pm. They said they would have to order some parts and that it would be about three to four days. Four days passed, and we didnt get a call back till almost two weeks again. They finally came to fix the oven. Worked o. It for about ten minutes. Walking out the door, they said it was working but didnt offer to show me that it was working. Didnt think much of it, a couple days later we go to use the oven and it was still doing the exact same thing. We called several times until they finally answered and set up another appointment for three days later. Waiting to see how that turns out. Side note: twice the same repairman has forgotten a pen and asked to borrow one. Just shows a lack of preparedness in my opinion

Serviceman was uneducated with washing machine. When describing the problem he acted like we were crazy and didnt do anything but take off the top and front panel of our washer and said see theres nothing wrong with it. Also serviced our dishwasher and the serviceman first implied that we were simply washing dishes on the wrong setting. When we insisted something was wrong he finally turned it on and realized that it needed a new motor. The part was supposed to be ordered that day and we were told 3-4 days. Its been 2 weeks with no motor. They dont bother calling with updates and when I called they said they didnt know when it would be in. Will never use again. Would not recommend.

Excellent experience. I had them come out to look at a nine-year-old refrigerator in one my rental units. Both technicians were prompt and courteous and Zeke was very knowledgeable. They diagnosed a refrigerant leak and were honest enough to tell me that it was not worth fixing. It was definitely worth the $45 service charge to find that out. A lot of repair people would have charged a lot of money for a repair that would not have lasted more than a few weeks or months. How nice to find someone honest for a change. I would definitely call them again and I would recommend them to anyone.
