This was my first time purchasing a washer/dryer and from now on I will purchase all my appliances from neu appliances. The experience was great start to finish! I went in after two months of research and being intimidated at big box stores. I came across neu appliances online and I couldnt believe the reviews.... well believe it, they actually are amazing! Troy was super helpful in the store and answered all my questions honestly. He was very knowledgeable, wasnt pushy at all and let me take my time deciding. I bought a set for a great price and they scheduled me for installation the next day! The installation fee and equipment costs were the most reasonable I have come across. Charles and Ken came to install on time exactly as they had scheduled and were in and out in under an hour. They were super nice and very professional and didnt back down from any of the (many) challenges in getting the set around the maze that is my condo and up the stairs. They made sure everything was hooked up and working properly, (they even took the stickers off and cleaned the appliances so there wasnt any sticky residue!) and let me know multiple times that I could contact them if there were any issues. Honestly Ive never met a more friendly bunch or had such a pleasant experience. Go to neu appliances you will not regret it!

Bought a washer and dryer from this place, because buying new was not in my budget. When I walked in to look around, I was greeted almost immediately. Throughout the buying process, everything was explained in great detail to me. And we found a set that worked for exactly what I needed. I had to have them delivered, which turned out really well. The delivery guy called that morning to find out what would be a good time for me. I explained I was open after lunch. He asked if 2pm would be good. I agreed. He ended up showing up about 5 minutes early, which for me was perfect. They had to bring them up a flight of stairs and into a very small apartment. Install took about 15 minutes and the guys were very professional. Once the machines were hooked up the delivery guy sat around and ran the machines for ten minutes to make sure the washer didnt leak and the dryer got hot. A service I wasnt expecting, and was very pleased with. I would recommend Nue Appliances to anyone, espically those people who need an appliance but cant afford a brand new one. This is the place to come. Super friendly and educated staff.

We purchased a "store return--usually wrong size" Samsung 3-door French Door refrigerator from Neu Applicances on March 13, 2016. It was delivered and had to wait for OUR PLUMBER to repair the wall outlet water source. Once that was done the delivery man had no couplers which were needed to merely hook up the ice maker water line. We couldnt find the correct one at Home Depot (since I was there already getting other items) so I notified the owner of Neu Appliances, Mr. Parker. He, himself, came to our home later that same day and fixed the "coupler" issue and hooked up the necessary lines. We are very pleased with our new refrigerator and especially very impressed with the immediate service of Neu Appliances -- the OWNER! Very professional and efficient customer service in the whole process. I would recommend Neu Appliances to anyone needing any kind of appliance. VERY PLEASED!!

I have been on both sides of the consignment process with Neu Appliances, and both experiences were perfect. When I was purchasing my very first washer and dryer, Troy helped me in-store. He answered my questions, educated me on the differences between models, and helped me get exactly what I needed while staying within my budget. There was no sales pitch and no pressure, it was all about my needs. Now, almost a year later, I have consigned some of my appliances with them, and had an equally enjoyable experience. Scott and John were both easy to communicate with, and set very clear expectations about the whole process. These are all just good, honest, Austin guys that are providing a fantastic service. I wont go anywhere else!

This is a great company. We got a washer and drier set from them a few months ago. Everyone we talked to was very helpful and friendly. The original washer we got from them came with a bad suspension rod, but rather than leave us hanging while they waited to get the replacement part in, they swapped the machine out for a similar but slightly better one that they had on hand. We really appreciated how well they handled things even when the first washer we got ended up not working. When buying used, it can be hard to find something that will be clean and reliable. They made it a lot easier for us. Id definitely recommend them, particularly given how great their prices are.

DONT SPEND THOUSANDS ON NEW APPLIANCES WHEN YOU CAN SPEND HUNDREDS ON NEU APPLIANCES. The Inventory of Fridges, Dishwashers, Washers and Dryers is unbelievable! If you dont see exactly what you want on their show-room floor, they have an entire warehouse (in town) to chose from. Scott assisted me with the purchase of a non-high efficiency washer. He was so knowledgeable about each brand/make/model and how to maintain your appliances. Scott showed me several washers-- black, white, stainless, etc. All different price points, all different brands. They truly have whatever you are searching for. Save yourself some time and some money--just hit up Neu Appliances first.

Check the plugs are on your purchased appliance to make sure its in good condition- all three prongs! More stars had things gone smoothly. the delivery guys and repair guy were wonderful but we couldnt use our fridge for about 30 hours because the cord was damaged. In the end it was fixed but 1/4 of groceries were lost. They were very polite but the fact remains that they werent about to give us the option to return even if this problem was their fault and that didnt sit well with us.

I was referred to Neu Appliances from a good friend of mine and was not disappointed. I needed a new (to me) clothes washer and dryer, and did not want the cost of a brand new one. I also didnt want to go the Craigs list route, because I didnt want to have to deliver, install and figure out a way to get rid of the old ones. They were able to locate the exact type of washer and dryer I needed and for a great price. Delivery was fast, friendly and on time. I highly recommend!

Im glad I went with Neu Appliances to get an affordable washer and dryer. Prices are similar to buying off of Craigslist etc., but you have peace of mind knowing its been cleaned, tested, put under a 30-day warranty, and you dont have to pick it up from a strangers house. Delivery and installation was easy and affordable as well. Troy was very helpful at the store, and Charles was super quick and professional with the home delivery. Recommend!
