Ive purchased used appliances from them in past, & have been pleased, As always when purchasing any used appliance, the buyer must check it out thoroughly, and realize its used and may have some minor issues, but being used its often half or a quarter of the cost of brand new. But also, if you are in need of parts to repair an appliance, they are very helpful, today I needed a part to repair a faulty dryer at my home, I knew the part I needed, I had the number, and found it online - several places for about $20, I called Eubanks Appliance- sure they had the part, it was only $48.00, (holy cow I thought!) I would order online before I paid those outrageous prices! I called sears as I know they sell and repair whirlpool- I ended up get an out of state operations- they said they had the part but the closest store to pick it up was over 100 miles away, they could ship it but I couldnt go to my local sears and pick it up, which it ridiculous! Anyway, getting frustrated and about to order online and wait a day or so til it arrives, I thought Id google appliance parts in Valdosta area again, and came up with this location, I called , the lady answered was very helpful, knowledgeable and able to locate the part - they had it in stock and it was only $5.00, as it turned out I needed one more additional part before my repair was completed, it too was only $5.00, so for a total of $10, I was able to repair the dryer myself, if I had purchased these very same parts form Eubanks they would have at least $100 or more, if I had called one of their servicemen, this might have easily cost me $200 for repairs. So I highly recommend this company on any used appliance or parts if you are inclined and skilled to repair yourself.

This place is terrible. We got a used washer and dryer from them. They delivered it and the washing machine hose was broken and water was leaking all over the floor so I called them to come fix it. It took them a week to get to my house to "fix" it. It still wasnt fixed, the person had to come a second time and fix it. Finally that started working and the dryer completely broke. It wont even turn on. I called to tell them about the dryer. She told me it would be another week before someone else could come fix it. She said I would have to bring it into the store in order to exchange it. Why would I bring a dryer that was delivered to me and was supposed to work back to the store? That makes no sense. I told her I did not have a car to to move the dryer and she told me no one can come pick up even though they have a delivery truck . So today, someone came to "fix" the dryer with a delivery truck in the driveway. He was unable to fix it and told me he couldnt load it in his truck because there was too much trash in it. So now, I still have a dryer that does not work. I have not been able to dry clothes for 2 weeks now and it is still, somehow, my responsibility to take the dryer (that I paid for, that I paid to get to delivered, that broke after 3 times of using it) back to the store. The customer service is terrible. Biggest waste of money! DONT GO THERE!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We bought a washer and dryer set that didnt even work from here. We had to fix some issues with the washer out of our own pockets after 2 days after purchasing it. The dryer never dried, so we took it back and they gave us another dyer that was missing screws in the drum, had the felt seal ripped off, and they wouldnt fix it. They said it was us that messed up the dryer on the drive to our home. I didnt know a smooth 15 min ride could cause screws to go missing and the felt seal to rip completely off. Also, the appliances are all full of dust and lint in places that they shouldnt. For example, the dryers had A WHOLE DUST BUNNY on the heating coil. Dont bother buying anything from here, you are better off saving your money and going to home depot or buying stuff off Craigslist if youre on a budget. Seriously, the worst experience Ive had buying appliances!

It seems this place has gotten a bad rep, which I would like to mend. If you are planning to buy used appliances and expect the absolutely jaw-droppingly cheap prices, expect also the need for casual maintenance and wear and tear. I bought a washer and dryer from this business, and it works wonderfully minus minor quirks that are normal for an older appliance. The staff is extremely friendly and VERY knowledgeable about ALL of their products. They have a 90-day warranty, during which they will service your machine at a days notice. I called in today for a question about the noise the washer was making and even though it is normal, they offered to send someone over to take a look just to make sure everything is okay. These people are extremely helpful and run an awesome business. If you are in need of appliances, I would not hesitate to give them a try.

Purchased complete package from here. Washer, dryer, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc... fridge had problems from beginning which they replaced with no question. New fridge would not dispense ice... contacted they said they had to order part. NEVER got part in. Paid sears $404 to fix. Then the dishwasher messed up within 60 days...$268 repair bill. Considering the price I paid vs retail it still is a good deal including the repairs, just an inconvenience. No problems out of the other 4 units...Lady at desk was really nice and pleasant to work with. Would I purchase from again- Yes just with the understanding these are not new appliances so there could be issues and minor cosmetic blemishes.

Bought a washer and dryer first said would deliver between 12 and 4 pm got here at 545. The ones I got when I went to use washer it was grinding, banging extremely loud, didnt spin, had to wring cloths out by hand. Then my husband looked up that model and everyone says its junk. When I went there was told he knew company was recalling over a million. Then why are you selling them. And I got different set had them run it with me there and ran great. Then the delivery person is banging them around like its a football, now nice quite washer is making noise. They need to train them to handle with care they can cause stuff to come loose by banging them the way they do.

Went to purchase a washer/dryer set and was not greeted. Took about 10 minutes before Julia finally acknowledged my boyfriend and me. Julia was very nice nd helpful. Finally found a set we liked and opted for same day delivery. Called store around 3 to see how much longer itd be before my set would arrive (had purchased around 11) was told the delivery guy had a flat but he would still be able to deliver my set. Set was never delivered and I was never called to be informed that my set was not going to be delivered. Very disappointed.
