My 1 1/2 year old Bosch gas oven was emitting excessive fumes due to improper installation done by another company. Unfortunately, I could not get that company to be at my house the same day but AllState Appliance was able to come. The tech checked the stove and recommended replacement of several parts and oven maintenance. The estimated price to "fix" and clean the oven was $402. Due to the high price of the repair, I decided to get the original company who installed the oven to take a look at it. They determined that there was not anything wrong with the oven and all it needed was an adjustment to the gas supply hose. The adjustment was done at no charge and I have not had any problems since. ***Consumer be aware that this company is not a Bosch authorized repair company and they will overcharge you for unnecessary work.***

Do not waste your time or money with these people. I bought a washer /dryer combo from them with a 6 month warranty. The washer did not work in the normal cycle from day one. After a personal visit to their office and at least 5 unreturned calls about the problem (Although i was assured theyd get back to me) I still have a broken washer and no plan to get it fixed. They are very friendly but their service and follow through is non existent. It really disappointed me because I was talked into supporting local small businesses!

Mike the main sales and repair guy is just a big talker. I was misled by him about the warranty of my dryer and I called him up so he can check my dryer and within one minute after he arrived to my house, he came out with the most childish excuse to not fix it. He didnt even m try to see what was wrong with it, he just gave this stupid story and I knew right then that he wasnt going to make the effort to check my dryer. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, FIND A PROFESSIONAL STORE !

Horrible Service! Contacted them for a dish washer repair...it took a week to get them to show up for 15mins...told me to call them back with the error code that came up so they could order the right part...we did just that...now no response to calls or messages and still a broken dishwasher...but they took my money for "diagnosis of the problem" SCAM ARTISTS

So pleased!! Wound up having a robe belt caught in the inside of the dryer. He showed up earlier than expected, got it fixed very quickly and was a good price. We will definitely be using them again.
