It did not start out to well as I called 3 times to speak with someone on phone. However, I visited store and service was excellent. The people behind counter were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Parts were in stock and with a free one time replacement policy with receipt not a bad deal. The web site to look up part and a video tutorial on how to install part was icing on cake. I took opportunity and made it a father and daughter project. After reviewing video my daughter performed repair and I supervised. She changed out heating element, thermal fuse, and thermostat...I would highly recommend going to store for any appliance parts
