This is the best appliance store in San Antonio! Their service was exceptional and I was so glad to see that they were open till 1:00 on Saturday and were extremely helpful over the phone and in the store. I called another appliance store to verify that the parts I needed were in stock, and the price in the store was close to double, more than double in some cases, than the price they advertised online. Very disappointing. So, I called Appliance Parts Depot and they had all the parts I needed for prices that were only pennies more than their online prices. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me understand how to repair my dryer and what parts I may need. Thanks to them, I spent $120 on parts and my dryer is like new, instead of $400 for a repairman to fix it. Thanks and I will definitely use this store in the future.

Im a consumer, not a repair professional, and I have been to APD several times. EVERY TIME, they have been immensely helpful, provided great information and tips, and made my repair easy to get done. In addition, they have provided great guidance on alternatives to repair--even advising against selling me parts when it looked like the repair cost might be greater than the replacement cost. The ladies and gentlemen behind the counter are the best. Highly recommend them if you need parts or just good advice.

They had the part I was interested in, however I was on hold on the phone for 20 minutes and had to drive into the store. When I got there two people continued to answer phones while one person was helping customers. I dont mind holding on the phone, but the lack of respect for people being face to face was unsatisfactory. They believe that troubleshooting for a customer over the phone takes precedence over people that got off their butt to come into their store! Get your priorities straight people!

Ive been buying parts from these guys for over 10 years. From the top (management) to the parts counter crew, APD guys and gal (Amy) are the best in San Antonio and South Texas. The staff (parts counter crew) are knowledgeable and friendly to me every time i visit which is almost every other day. This is the parts house you want to support cause they are that good.

I came looking for a water inlet valve and after leaving Sears due it not in stock and would have to wait until shipped I came over here and they had it in stock and for $68 and Sears for $45 after I told the Larry he matched the price for me. I really appreciate it and will definitely come back I would rather give them the service if they match sears prices

Wow! I read several reviews prior to deciding what appliance parts store to visit. Appliance Parts Store was the only store with consistent 5 star ratings. They far exceeded my expectations when I visited them today. Thomas (at the counter) went above and beyond to diagnose my problem and provided exceptional service. I will be a customer for life!

in my opinion best place to get appliance parts local in san antonio, staff is knowledgeable and helpful and strive to get every customer ( on the phone, in person, or at drive through) taken care of, competitive prices with other local parts store and tons of accessories out on display so you dont forget that refrigerator filter or oven knobs!

I spoke with Thomas on the phone very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I arrived at the store and was helped by Thomas. Great customer service. He explained to me how to install my part and also offered other solutions in case that didnt work. Definitely will be returning here when I need appliance parts. Had a great experience.

I loved this place. I called all over town and this was the only place that had the parts I needed. They were super speedy, very attentive, and totally awesome! I was helped by Amy Spotts and she was awesome! I highly recommend this place.

9 out of 10 times APDepot has the part I need in stock and if they dont, theyll get it, Fast! Friendly staff and a convenient location. They even have a drive up Will Call window.

Sales associate went above and beyond to help. They didnt carry a part I needed and in a matter of minutes, he went ahead and google it and found a place where I could get it.
