Two thumbs up!! We bought a GE Washer from a guy named Jaime (nice & professional) When we did our first load of laundry, we heard an unusual grinding noise. We called the next day and explained the issue. They said it was a common moving problem & immediately sent someone out to fix it. They sent a guy named Edward (very nice and knowledgeable) that fixed the problem and insisted on running a cycle to make sure the problem was fixed. Upon running the cycle, he said that he was going to call the office and get a new washer because this one had a leak. Jaime called me before Edward even drove out off my neighborhood. Jaime apologized said that he would have someone pick up the broken appliance and replace it or give me my money back. I explained that I needed a washer. Jaime said that he would have someone over early to replace the washer. They arrived early the next day. Jaime upgraded our washer and took the other washer as well as our old washer (that i didnt know what I was going to do with) - Nice, professional people. - No hassles - Went out of their way to ensure the customer was happy - Went above & beyond THANK YOU Jaime & Edward!!! My wife also spoke to a nice lady on the phone. I dont know her name but would also like to say thank you for youre professionalism and for sending someone out so fast.

This place is GREAT!! a lot of my friends thought this place was used appliances but they also sell brand new ding or dented appliances! I bought a three grand ref for only fifteen hundred bucks! Depot wanted 2700.00 on sale!! No Way Jose!! and they (depot) didnt have it in store i had to wait for it to be shipped in, yeah for free delivery but who can wait that long when you have a nagging wife and kids who need a ref! Scratch n dent had it at my house the next day! Yeah i had too pay for delivery but i had it in my house fast!!! If you know the true value of the appliance you want then this place wins hands down! You really have too be smart enough to see a real value when you see it to appreciate this store. Thanks Scratch N Dent !!

Scratch and Dent Appliance Superstore delivered our awesome, refrigerator earlier than expected (bonus because we needed to move our food out of the old fridge) and carefully disassembled and reassembled it efficiently, gave me a great training on the features, and then recommended certain cleaners! Also, Mike was amazing when we reported a problem (we noticed one of the shelves was cracked after purchase and it was not part of the "scratch and dent agreement", and we simply returned it to the store and replaced it hassle/paperwork/annoyance-free!). And did I mention the awesome prices? Saved over $500 and you cant even see the "dent". We are very, very happy! We will DEFINITELY use them again!

ZERO Stars if I could. My family needed a washer last minute and since we were on a budget we bought a used washer from this store. Theres a reason why they ONLY have a 30 day warranty. I implore you, DO NOT BUY from these people. Theyre rude and would not bother doing anything about fixing the junk they sold us. It broke down after 4 months! Nearly $300 spent for nothing! Theyre quick to try to sell you another one too! I wouldnt dare!

This is a good alternative for appliances though to get the best discounts you have to be willing to visit multiple times and take whatevers available. Its definitely not the best for very high end goods but if youre like me and just need a fridge or freezer, its a good place to start. The service is very attentive and they know what theyre talking about.

If you are looking for a good price on used appliances, skip this store. He was asking 100 dollars over new retail price at homedepot for the majority of washers we looked at. He is set up for people with no credit who need financing or layaway to make more money as opposed to selling for actual discounted prices out the door.

WOW !!!!! Had to buy new refrigerator I got a top of the line GE for less than the big store were selling some cheap a$$ box. Im coming back to see Jamie before thanksgiving for a new range. By the way sales guy was very helpful and it was delivered fast . Got it the next day Only place to by Appliance!!!!!!

Came in about a year ago looking for a nice front load set. Picked up a red GE washer and dryer which was a huge upgrade from my old kenmores. The sales associate was very helpful. Delivery was fast and they even hauled away my old washer and dryer. I will definitely be back

Great prices Love that I can get new appliances at a discount because they have a tiny scratch on them or because they are last years model. Great customer service here and our fridge we bought a two years ago has had zero problems. Im sure our new ovens will be just as good

My boyfriend and I purchased a washer and dryer from here. It was delivered a few hours after we made the purchase. Prices are cheap and you get what you pay for. I was skeptical about buying a used washer and dryer, but so far its still working.

Got a new washer, which was not 100% good like the store said. It has a grinding sound and they "fixed it" once after a couple calls. Still not fixed and they want me to do it now... horrible customer service.

Good deals to be had. Study products with detail. If a shelf or something is broken on one but the rest is in good shape. Trade it out from another exact model. They will allow it. Staff is mediocre.

Prices are not that great of a deal. I ended up finding a bran new washer and dryer somewhere else with no scratches and dents and never used for what they were selling the used dented up ones for.

Just went in. I wasnt greeted, and the prices seem comparable to the new prices at Lowes. The product looked to be in good condition though and they offer layaway.
