Worth checking out if in the market for second-hand machines. After getting tired of dealing with the flakes and weirdos on craigslist, decided Id stop by to check out what they had. Picked up a washer for 240, a dryer for 115. (Those seemed to be the average prices on their basic machines, the normal-load sort you might find in a laundry mat, but they had more upscale models as well.) Surprisingly good condition for refurbished units; better than most of the stuff I was finding with individual sellers. Delivery for set was about 60, and promptly delivered/installed the following morning. The machines work fine. Everyone I met was professional and helpful; very upfront about the nature of their goods (e.g., what to expect in terms of lifespan, how to keep them in good working order, etc.).

Love this place. The owner Carlos came out and talked with me (told me about internet discount & trade in). Found a two year old refurbished, kenmore, high efficiency, express wash, load sensing, super duty, beautiful, clean washing machine for 310...with discounts/trade in 260!! If your looking for brand new stuff or want someone to install two hoses and a plug- yeah, this aint your store (although they said they could deliver). The floor guy that coordinated the sale introduced my husband and I to Cathy who rang us up. The place was clean, organized and friendly. Im going back to get a fridge later. Theres so much waste in the world, Im happy to help by re-using a nice appliance and not puting a big dent in my pocketbook. Oh! Fyi, Warranty is 2 mos then 10 mos limited parts. Thanks!

Customer service is non existent at this store. The owner was rude, insulting and did not listen to one word I said about the type of appliance I wanted to buy; a used washer. He tried to sell me what he claimed to be a new unused washer which was chipped and rusted under the inside lip of the lid. When I told him that I could buy a new Kenmore unit at Sears for about the same money he said the following "I would have given you a $40 discount but since you can buy one from Sears then go there" He walked off and said "leave my store!" Stay away from this place if you do not want to get ripped off and treated with disrespect.

Please go to this place for any appliance need, want, inquiry or idea you may or may not have. This family owned and operated business is out to serve YOU and make your appliance purchase/repair etc. the best youve ever had. I visited one day and said I would return the next after discussing the situation at home. Upon my return, I walked up to the owner, Carlos, who looked at me and said, "Hello Zach, so whats it going to be today?" He remembered my name and story! My washer was fixed in 10 minutes for an amazing price. Best in town, hands down, no other appliance place can hold a candle to these folks.

Very friendly service...This place has been in the same location for 18 years.....Bought a nice GE Profile Dryer and it works great....Warranty included.......Saved myself probably 600.00 bucks....my last dryer I bought for 75 bucks used and it lasted me 4 years....Before that I bought a brand new dryer from Lowes 600 bucks and it only last long enough for the warranty to expire a little over a year and the motor went out..So I will always buy used.......This will be my go to place for all used appliances...they do have some new items as well....

We bought our washer and dryer from them about three months ago and both are still running great. The staff were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. They also werent pushy at all, and didnt try and get us to buy something we didnt want. All costs were explained to us, so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Delivery and installation was quick and on-time. I would definitely go back for any more of our appliance needs in the future.

Very friendly, I dont remember the mans name but I assume he was the owner. My husband and I went to buy a dryer, he didnt push us at all. They have a wide variety to choose from. Great prices! The dryer wouldnt fit with our son and the man let us go home and come back even if we were going to arrive a little after closing. The dryer worked great. Purchased in April.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first refrigerator we purchased had some issues so they came out to service it immediately. When the issues persisted they replaced the unit and the replacement has been working great ever since. Their response time is great. Definitely go here for future appliance purchases. Great service.
