I purchased an oven from this store at the beginning of December. They said it would arrive before the holidays. At the end of December, it still hadnt arrived so I called to check on it. They said it was on its way. When it still hadnt arrived in the middle of January, I called them and they said they sold it to another customer. They didnt have this oven model anymore and the only thing they offered to do for me was give me a return. Now that the holiday sales are over, I cant find a similar oven at the same price point. Their error cost me over $300. Terrible business practices.

Purchased a refrigerator last week, great deal however it stopped working. Took it back to Sears and they exchanged it for an even better model. Customer service was excellent. Recommend to anyone!

Its a good if you dont mind used, dinged, or refurbished furniture and/or appliances. Good prices though.
