Mike came out, assessed the problem and ordered the parts. The parts are unique and shipping started to take longer than expected. Also, he discovered that an additional part was needed to fix water damage that the original broken part caused. With the rising cost of repair and the delay in shipping, Mike suggested that we would be better off just buying a new dishwasher. And on top of all that very honest advice, he charged us nothing--ZERO--for all the time he spent working on our issue. That includes the home visit, researching and ordering parts, etc. No charge! He DIDNT even ask me to write this review! Youre damn right in thinking I will call on him again. Balcones is who you want for your appliance repair needs.

I would have to say this was the best experience I have ever had with appliance repair. Mike was hands down very knowledgeable, quick efficient and held great conversation. Great service, very friendly, and on time. I had a problem with my washing machine for over a week and Mike was able to fix it in less than an hour. Best repair experience ive had and i will definitely recommend and call him again if i have a problem.

Quick, efficient , and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my washing machine and he was able to diagnose and repair the issue in under 30 minutes. Hands down the best repair experience I have had. I will absolutely be using him again!

Quick response, knew what might be the problem, fast fix. Kind of pricey (thats why the 4 stars) for what the job entailed (in & out in 30 mins.) but got my washer back working. I would call upon again if needed.
