JJ Appliances was awesome. I had a dryer bite the dust and needed a new one quick. I showed up at their small warehouse the next morning because everything I had seen online about them had been positive and a lot of the other dealers had negative reviews. I met Ernie and he took excellent care of me. Took me straight to what I was looking for and delivered and installed SAME DAY! Plus, even though my house was over 20 miles away, they only charged me twenty dollars for same-day delivery & installation. My dryer is working great and I havent missed a load of laundry. Nothing but good things to say about these guys. Good, honest family business.

If I could leave -5 stars I would! The hours they say they will be there they arent. Both times I asked what there hours were I came within those hours and they werent there. Then the washers agitator broke and I made an appointment for them to come fix it and they didnt make it at the time they that they said they would. They always have an excuse, family emergency, worker didnt show up, not enough workers. Not my problem. I wasnt going to write a review until this last incident. I thought its a family run business and I will give them the benefit of the doubt but it was a bad choice.

Trust me, this is a good place. It seems kind of shady at first, and theyre not all that organized, but they have some great merch and good prices. They really need a larger store front because half their inventory is in the parking lot. Theyre just collecting stuff too fast, I suppose. The attendant was really helpful to us and helped us find what we were looking for.
