My shar pei and akita mix has been going here for 8 years. During her last grooming session, they called me to inform me that they will be charging me more for a larger breed because there is "no way" she is shar pei and akita mix. Ummm, her breed hasnt changed and it has never been questioned in the last 8 years. And in all of her vet records, it reflects her mix. I am beyond disappointed with that rude call, along with the fact that her last 3 visits we have paid for a "full works" package without getting all the services that it should include. Spending $80 every 6 weeks for incomplete services and now you want to charge us more? Haha, no thanks!

2/2017 I will never do training here. Dawn the trainer had her dog with her in training. And her dog attacked my little golden retriever puppy. No blood was spilled but it scared me and I got my money back. I complained to the manager but she acted like she didnt care. 3/24/17 I came in for a nail grind and this was her third. Cat the groomer burned my dogs nail quick and my dog was screaming from inside the salon. Shes never been bad maybe a bit wiggly but this made me mad! I talked to the same manager about this and she never apologized about this incident either! Im considering going elsewhere.

My husband and I have a small petting zoo. Going to PetSmart weekly has been a thing for us for a few years now. We love most of the employees! Sara and Coral are two types of ladies that should be role models for the company. They and they alone keep us coming back over and over. I do feel PetSmart is overpriced by far, but it is a good place to get the things you just cant find anywhere else!! We have had no problems with the animals we have bought and adopted here. As a matter of fact if I need anything or have any questions I ask Sara as she know!!

BAD EXPERIENCE. If you want your puppy to be treated right youre better off taking him/her somewhere else! I booked my appointment online and it was booked for a certain time, they called us a day before the appointment changing the time messing our schedule up completely. we get there only several minutes late and the grooming staff said they could not take my pup anymore. Grooming staff had bad attitudes, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This PetSmart doesnt even deserve one star, I gave them a star just so I could publish my review.

I had a horrible experience with a pregnant staff member in the grooming dept. on my first day of visiting this Petsmart. She had a lot of bad attitude to dish out and her manager took her side as she was pregnant and I was a 65" tall man arguing with her. I swore I would never come back. But after finding out the girl was gone and speaking with that female manager. I gave them another shot. And now Kotto really enjoys visiting and causing doggy ruckus. I posted a few pics of him with Santa...MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL.!!!

Groomer rating. My dog takes a full hit from a skunk. I call this location and am told they can get it off if she is brought in immediately. I had her in the store in 20 mins. 2 hours and $44 later, I got my dog back. She smelled less but still smelled. As the time has gone by she is getting worse and worse. 3 hours have passed since getting her back and she is almost as bad now as she was before I took her in. This maybe a very good grooming shop, but I am very disappointed.

Took my lab to be groomed and ferminator treatment. They did a horrible job, I had to brush her when I got home to get the hair out. My wife dropped her off and they told her to leave the collar on (never happened before) and when I picked her up the collar was so tight that she was gasping for air. As I loosened it they said they never dealt with that type of collar. Will not take my dog there again.

This is the worst store Ive ever been to.. Becky was so rude, every time we asked a question she walked away..My daughter was talking to her and just walked away... And who yells at puppys while your training them... Hello there puppys... They dont know what or why your yelling.. Ive been training for over 20 yrs and I have never yelled at a dog... Dont go here to train your dog...

The staff know their products, give you choices to meet your needs and your budget without pressuring you to buy the most expensive but the most affordable and still the better quality. They always have a smile on their faces and are very willing to help. I have six dogs on a farm along with three barn cats and they are all fed with Petsmarts products

Both of my dogs were injured at this store. Do not go here if you love your pet. The manager of both the store and the grooming salon does not care about the sanitary conditions and spread infection to other animals.

Petsmart is the best place to get crickets! They dont make you walk to the back of the store. This is extremely helpful when you are in a hurry. There is always someone near the cricket container to help you.

I use the aquatic dept mostly. Good sale prices on fish (but you have to watch for the good prices). Knowledgeable staff. Most hard good prices typical retail and not competitive with online.

We always enjoy shopping here. There is a gal that works in fish/small reptiles that is quite personable and knowledgeable which we look forward to seeing when we pick up supplies.
