The last time I was in the store I briefly mentioned one simple comment that we had just put our beloved dog down. The staff took the time to find out my name from my loyalty card (Im guessing) and sent us a sympathy card signed by the entire staff. This was such a simple but thoughtful gesture. Our experience prior to this was also always good. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so warmed by their thoughtfulness and will never shop elsewhere for our pet supplies!

in addition to carrying many of the same products as other pet stores for less, Pet Supplies Plus on Bluemound also carries a wider selection of "green" pet products than Ive been able to find at other "brick & mortar" stores, including others in the chain. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and not to mention patient. I went in a first-time pet owner, and was thrilled. Im going out of my way to go back there again today, in fact. Id definitely recommend.

Great store, this is one of the few places locally i can find my dogs food (fromms). Prices are usually better than than petco or petsmart and the store has a great selection of everything...from food to toys to grooming to pet carriers. The staff is very helpful but not annoying (ie following you around and asking if they can help you every 5 minutes).

Awesome staff, it is clear they love animals. Great selection of dog and cat supplies. Average selection of other animal supplies. Clean environment. Animal friendly (you can bring your animal into the store). Plenty of parking. Prices are good.

Friendly staff, clean and well-lit with large selection of dog treats. Theyll order items you prefer if they dont carry it. Theyll help carry heavy items to your car. Pets are welcome to help pick-out their favorite treats!

It was a nice store nonot as good as petco or pet world and a bit pricy if you come here and you think something is priced to high look some were else trust petco will be cheaper great slection on cat and dog items though

Great local place for pet supplies. Do not have live animals for sale. I get my dog supplies and everything for my rabbits from here. Best prices around for the best quality. I always go out of my way to stop here.
