The workers in this store know nothing about reptiles, they tried selling me a baby leopard gecko for $50 saying it was an adult leopard gecko. I will never go back to this store. People working there are only in it for the Commission, they also tried to make me buy a whole set up for the leopard gecko, the lady told me "I HAD TO" if not I could not purchase it for the safety of the gecko. Let me just add I been a leopard gecko owner 2 almost 3 years I have 2 adult leopard geckos and they live just fine together 100% healthy, the lady in the store told me I need to separate my own leopard geckos cause its bad lol this place is a joke.. so I went to petsmart to buy a baby leopard gecko for $25 and had no problems they didnt tell me I HAD to buy anything, all they asked me was "are you a reptiles/gecko owner?" And I said I have two adult leopard geckos housing together and with no other questions then "do you have somewhere to put the baby gecko" was the last ting she asked and I responded yes. I would recommend if anyone is trying to buy geckos or reptiles go to your nearest petsmart. This petco will rip you off.

I can’t believe this store stays in business. Seldom have I been able to get out without a 10 min wait at the register, even if there are only a few customers. The staff is clueless and the store is dirty and smells. They are under stocked on many goods and the prices are higher than other pet stores as well. Unfortunately for me it’s the closest store to where I live so I end up going there rather than making a drive to another store, but the number of times I have walked out in frustration with nothing in hand equals the number of time I have walked out with a purchase.

This is a good pet store. Wish they had a bigger section for cats but its clean and well maintained. Weve bought fish and other pets from here and they lived a long time. We even got a waterdog/tiger salamander here once. I like to come in and just see all the pets they have, especially the reptiles and the kitties when they have them. The employees seem knowledgeable and are generally friendly.

Horrible service. The manager Trixie rushed us out with my dwarf hamster purchase while I tried looking around for accessories and supplies for his home. Came in recently to purchase another hamster and Trixie refused to let me interact with the pet before I made my purchase. She was super rude, has no people skills whatsoever. Therefore, I left and took my business else where.

I went to this petco location with my roommate to look for cat food. I needed assistance and walked around for 25min looking for an employee with no success. However I found multiple filthy buckets of water not being monitored with no proper sinage; as well a giant roach by the bathrooms. I cant believe animals are being kept in this poorly maintained store.

Horrible groomers. My dog got an allergic reaction to whatever supplies they used on her. Nails were not cut and teeth werent cleaned either, and they still charged me around $60. When I got home her paws looked like they were bleeding. Never again will I be taking my dog there.

Ill agree with the post about them being rude. (To people yes/ animals no) I seemed to annoy one of the workers that i was shopping and a cashier that i bumped his bike that was at the end of the checkout lane instead of a bike rike. Found everything i needed though :)

CALLED TO HAVE MY BICHON GROOMED AND WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO COME IN WITH OR FAX A COPY OF HIS RABIES SHOTS BEFORE I COULD EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. WHY NOT JUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND BRING PAPERS WITH SEEING AS HOW THERE COMPANY GAVE HIM THE SHOTS.

Me and my best friend bought our Guinea pigs here. The 3rd day her Guinea pig died and my Guinea pig is very very sick. I dont know why they are selling sick animals

Their reptiles are not in the best condition for the most part. Some look under fed, going through bad sheds, etc. Usually takes a while to get help.
