I do not fill these out very much but I do understand how important a review is when other people consider shopping. This is the fourth vehicle my wife and I have purchased in the past two years from Milnes Chevrolet. Rob Eret and Joe Janssen are very easy people to talk to. You will not feel pressured by and of the staff but you will be greeted quickly when you walk in the door by someone wanted to know how they can help you find what youre looking for. The service department has always been great as well, they have a firm understanding of customers needs and when you enter the service department you will see people working, not wasting time. The building is always clean. The waiting area is large and has plenty of things to keep you busy if you have to wait. During our last visit, Rob even kept me up on the score of the Tigers game. The people at Milnes Chevrolet care about quality service, they care about the community and they care about relationships which is why when I go for my next vehicle, they will be seeing me again. I dealt with Jesse on 2 occasions. The first was buying a used 2011 Suburban to replace our old Trailblazer. The entire experience was nothing short of great. We got into the vehicle that fit our family of 8 and during the visit we chatted about replacing my 2008 Lincoln MKX with something that had better fuel efficiency. He introduced me to the 2013 Malibu Eco. The style was to my liking and the efficiency was almost double of my Lincoln. After doing my homework (about a month later) we worked out the details and traded my MKX for a white 2013 Malibu Eco (which Jesse picked up from a different dealership himself). The total savings from stepping into the Malibu is about $200 per month in my pocket. In addition to the typical rating categories, I would add Problem Solving and rate it a 5. Excellent work!

Chevy is our brand of choice and we have bought multiple cars from this dealership, due mostly to convenience. Be prepared for the typical bait and switch and the tell you what you want to hear. Then the back and forth to get a decent interest rate. They do offer some benefits other dealers do not like bi-annual detailing. Be careful because after you purchase it and call to bring your car in they attempt to up-sell you into product that is so good you dont need the detail service anymore, which is what you purchased in the first place. Their service dept. is well run, although weve had and issue or two there as well. All in all nothing that would stop up from buying another car from them. We just wish we could find a Chevy dealer nearby that was more straight forward and above board.

My recent experience with Milnes Chevrolet couldnt have been better. I began by calling them on a used pickup that I was interested in and I talked to Shawn. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the details that I needed in order to decide that this particular truck was the correct choice for me. When I arrived at the dealership, Shawn had the truck pulled up and ready for me to inspect and test drive. The process was made extremely easy and the atmosphere of the dealership couldnt have been better. It was an enjoyable and easy going transaction, while I still learned and understood the details and options of my vehicle to the fullest. I test drove a 2015 Chevy Equinox today. Not only are they not willing to negotiate, they try to pressure you by claiming the original price is too low and they will raise it another $1,000. "Of course if you buy it today, we will conveniently give it to you for the original sticker price." 6 years ago this place did the same thing to me when I was looking for a truck. Only then they claimed to be raising the price because someone else was willing to pay higher. A few days later they called trying to say "youre in luck, the truck is still available if you want it." Ill be doing the same thing this time as I did last time; buy somewhere else where I am respected and the prices are fair. Hank Graff of Davison will be keeping my business.

Absolutely worth the quick trip from Oakland County and such a pretty drive! Recently leased a vehicle for my daughter with the Milnes team. We wanted a Jeep Renegade with the My Sky feature. Other dealerships told us it could take 4 to 5 months to get one but Jeff worked to get one in within a day! The paperwork is simple and easy; sales and finance staff are courteous, friendly and go well beyond the extra mile. Eric was part of our celebration and surprise arriving shortly after I did with bows on the car, honking the horn and yelling, "Happy Birthday Danielle!" She was so surprised and happy! Thank you everyone at Milnes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for awesome service, a great deal and a memory that will truly last a lifetime!

Have been here numerous times for oil changes and Jason is always very friendly however, the lady is the opposite. Not only is she rude and upproachable but obviously more concerned with her personal phone than customer service. I requested a price on tires when arriving and planned on purchasing them and having them changed with my oil change. I was told rudley that she would be with me In a few minutes with the pricing. 30 minutes later I still dont have a price but she is clearly on her personal phone thats viewable from the seating section. I will buy my tires elsewhere and will be using another dealership for any and all car needs in the future. I would never recommend the service department.

I cant say enough regarding how wonderful Milnes Chevy has been to me! I had my vehicles in for service and it was going to take a few hours. Rather than having my son and I sit and wait, they drove us 20 miles home and picked us up when my car was done. Awesome! Since the service was so great, I decided to look there when it came time for a new car. Joe, salesman, showed amazing patience with me in my 2 month search for the perfect blue vehicle.... Rod, general manager, was great as well. I finally bought a vehicle and I have no regrets because I know that if I need any help at all, they will be there. Thanks guys! :)

Purchasing our 2012 chevy cruze was a wonderful experience for the entire family. Not only was the staff very accomadating to me and my wife but they also fulfilled all my 11 month old daughters needs. She was so excited for the balloon she was given. We were a little skeptical on buying from a dealer again especially buying new due to the fact that we were taken severe advantage of buy a fly by night car dealership a few years back. Not the case this time very well taken care of. This dealership is excellent. I would recommend Milnes of Imlay City, Michigan to anyone and everyone.
