Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews! However, I felt compelled to do so after purchasing a vehicle from Auto Discovery! I drove from Indianapolis to see a Range Rover that was for sale. Before making the trip, Mike and his wife, spent many hours on the phone with me, and also answered my countless questions by email!! I felt like they truly CARED about ME and helping me to find the best bang for my buck! Ive been buying cars for 30+ years and NEVER have I been treated so well! My trip to the dealership took longer than I had anticipated, because I hit "rush hour" traffic on my way up. I had told Mike I would be there by 4pm, but didnt end up actually arriving until 6! I felt so bad to keep them waiting, but they assured me it was not a problem and they would be happy to wait for me. When I arrived they welcomed me and never made me feel rushed! I figured being 2 hours late they would want to get me in and out quickly but that wasnt the case at all. They offered me some coffee (which was excellent by the way) and we then walked to the back of the warehouse/showroom to see the Rover. It was perfectly detailed inside and out, and was waiting INSIDE for me to look it over. That was a very nice gesture, seeing as it had been kind of raining that day! Every question I had asked, before seeing the car, was answered correctly. Mike had disclosed EVERY minor detail of the Rover to me. I was extremely pleased and happy to know I didnt waste my time driving to see the SUV. It was perfect! I had already worked on getting approved, for financing, before making the drive. Im so glad I did because Mike had all the paperwork completed and it took me literally 2 minutes to sign and be done. By time I was ready to head home it was getting dark and had also begun to rain again. Mike and his wife offered to put me up in a nearby hotel for the night. They said since I was in an unfamiliar place with my new unfamiliar SUV, theyd be happy to make sure I was safe until morning, and not have to drive in the rain! How much more could I ask for? I was floored by the generosity of these two! After going back and forth, in my mind, I decided to stay overnight. Im so glad I did and I felt such a relief the next morning! My new Range Rover has so many new buttons and features. Had I tried to figure it all out while driving in the rain, at night, in an unknown area; it wouldve been a long trek home to IN. So, like I said before, I dont write reviews...but this was a MUST! From start to finish, and well beyond, this was the most memorable and positive car purchase of my life. I will recommend this dealer to everyone I know, and Ill know my friends/family will be treated like REAL people! There are still good people in this world! Mike and his wife are proof that people still care about others! Thanks again for everything!! Shell from IN :)

I bought my first car at Auto Discovery about six months ago. The initial joy of purchasing my first car quickly disappeared when some costly issues started to appear. I will start from the beginning: I called Mike at Auto Discovery after seeing his car being advertised on a website and asked him twice via phone whether it had any issues whatsoever. He told me that it had none at all. I then test drove the car for an hour. No issues, indeed, though there were some things broken which I initially saw (bump in the tire, dents in the windshield, cracked engine shield, water in one of the headlights, broken antenna, some of the lights not working for the audio display etc.) and which he could probably have mentioned to me before taking it for a ride around the block. Nonetheless, the price he was asking was fair, he seemed genuine and they treated me very friendly at Auto Discovery. I then decided to buy the car! Three days later the check engine light came on. I went to the mechanic and he said both Oxygen sensors needed to be replaced. I did that, and ‘’swoosh’’ $600 gone for fixing it. I then realized that the dealer had probably reset the battery for the check engine light to not turn on during the test ride, as it only comes on after starting the engine several times (the clock was already displaying the wrong time when I test drove it and now it was displaying the wrong time again after the mechanic replaced the Oxygen sensors and reset the check engine light by unplugging the battery). The mechanic explained to me that when you unplug the battery (which makes the clock stop ticking in the car), it takes several starts of the engine for the check engine light to come on when the car has an issue. I’m happy with the car and I don’t regret buying it. However, I would have wished for more transparency and honesty. If there is something wrong with the car: tell me in the first place and tell me how much it would probably cost to get it fixed. Don’t just reset the check engine light and pretend the car has no issues. Honesty goes a long way. Thank you!

I just bought a 2010 Range Rover from Mike at Auto-Discovery today. I hadnt bought a car in 16 years and I was a little worried about how things would go. My worries were needless, though, because Mike and his wife were so kind and so accommodating. I mustve driven five different vehicles in my quest to find the right one, and Mike was more than happy to let me drive them all. Every single vehicle I drove was like brand new! They are the cleanest, most well-kept pre-owned vehicles for sale in Michigan. Each one started up immediately, was super quiet: not a rattle or a squeak to be heard, and they all ride like theyre still on the dealers lot. For a pre-owned car to be of this caliber, the person selling them must take pride in what they do and they must put a lot of love and care into each vehicle. That is exactly what happens at Auto-Discovery. As for financing, I was so surprised that I was approved for the vehicle that I wanted. Again, Mike and his wife made the transaction so pleasant and smooth. There are no hidden fees or hidden anything. These people are as up front and honest as they come. I would definitely buy another car from Mike again and I would recommend that anyone looking for a reliable, pre-owned luxury vehicle go to Auto-Discovery and see what Mike has. You wont be disappointed.

this guy, Mike, is the biggest swindler and cheat there is! DO NOT USE THIS LYING CHEATING BASTARD! NEVER BUY FMOR THIS PATHETIC GUY OR "DEALERSHIP"!! I bought a 2006 BMW X5 and it is a piece of crap, and the $3,000 sunroof DOES NOT QWORK AND IS BROKEN - HE SAID ALL SYSTEMS IN THE CAR WORKED AND WITHSTOOD A 100 POINT INSPECTION AND HE IS FULL FO CRAP!!!!! NOW THAT HE HAS BY $12,000 HE WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS ABOUT THE CRAPPY VEHICLE HE CHEATED ME ON. It is trashed, scratches all over passenger doors, missing trim pieces, has broken trim pieces and a broken very expensive sun roof!!!!! Talk about a man with NO character, he is it. I even gave him opportunity to respond to me and return my calls or if he did not I would be forced to take it as he was doing so intentionally, and that would be a big problem. He did not respond. But...he answered my cell calls on his cell all the time, with few rings when ti was time to try to get me on the hook and wire him the funds!!!!!!
