Very unprofessional.. a lot ignorance and high racism staff today Sep/23/2016 1:00p.m.... I had surgery yesterday and for that reason I can not get my medicine by myself obviously... my wife went to get my pain medication was only( Tylenol 300 mg) these ignorant asked a (Texas DL )because they argued that it was a controlled drug??probably, but you can get Tylenol 500mg without prescription anywere!! My wife doesnt have any Tx ID for this moment because Shes under Inmigration process for that reason She only has a (Government ID) which it was issued at a Mexican consulate located in the downtown of San Antonio Tx.. She opened a Bank Account with this ID and She never had any problems of identification to bring my medications from CVS Pharmacy!! Were really disappointed with this Pharmacy... I had to call and talked to the manager She accepted his mistake She tells me that I need to tell my wife to come back to pick up my medicine??? Personally I think if this Pharmacy are requesting specific type of ID they must to Upgrade with Inmigration Law!! Because its a law changing just need to be professional and upgrade with all requests I think so... specially in this City because San Antonio Texas its a touristy and its full of Mexican investors!! Very bad experience and Very ignorant People...

I love this store! the changes in management made this my pharmacy! The pharmacy has filled my medications in less than 5 minutes! I will continue filling my daughters medications there! Also I can not believe that someone would post their person info on here! Why would you take a picture of your medication with personal info on it? Plus it has codeine pretty sure its a controlled medication! I had to show my id for controls never questioned why! They are just following the rules and regulations of the pharmacy.

Online appointment system said they had these vaccines, lady tells me they dont and should have been alerted... She at least tried to find the nearest store that does.
