I came in after I had dyed my hair the night before. The color didnt come out quite as I had hoped it would. So, I came here to strip the hair dye out or get a reverse. Instead they sold me more hair dye. Light hair dye. I now am Barbie blonde and stuck with very unhealthy hair.

This locations doors were locked 5min before closing. Im usually not the customer to arrive so late but I really needed one item quickly. I knocked on the Door, called the store and no one answered. Very dissapointed.
