Terrible customer service! Wish I could give 0 zero stars!!! Went in there for lashes but the samples didnt match the ones they actually gave me. Instead of showing me different types the lady started yelling saying thats all they had. they argued with me instead of offering me my money back or offering me other lashes that were close to what I was looking for. I gave them the lashes back and headed to the door to leave telling them that had bad customer service. He started cussing at me. Saying "you have a fuckn problem" I said really? U took my money, I didnt ask for it back u can have it I will never come back again! I left b4 I flipped that store upside down. Ppl complain and say they follow u around like u stealing. I always gave them the benefit of the doubt but hell no. These people are terrible! Save your money. The beauty supply on Brown Blv is 100% better as far as quality and customer service. They actually appreciate customers and focus on helping u find the product your looking for.

**DO NOT SHOP HERE** I repeat ** DO NOT SHOP HERE. Last night I bought some edge control and other hair care products here. When I opened the edge control it was melted and had white spots in it. I figured I could just exchange it. Well I misplaced my receipt and all HELL broke loose. The owner and his wife were very rude. His wife blamed that on me because my "finger print" was in it... really ?!? I explained to him that I just purchased this last night. He said he remembers me but needs a receipt. Im puzzled because Its an even exchange. This is beyond ridiculous.

If I could give a -100 I would!!! This was my very first time in this store. My hair appointment was at 9 and they were the only one open at 8:30am this morning. The older lady that is in there working the register is rude as hell!!! She literally snatched a bag out of my hair asking someone else how much does this cost...REALLY!!! I was super pissed, if I come in to spend money dont compare me to anyone else. Customer Service is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE GOES HERE!!!!

The man who I assume is the owner asked me if I needed help as soon as I entered and when I told him I was just looking he said "for what?" I tried to explain that I was just browsing but he continued to ask me what I was looking for. When I tried to ignore him and just walk away, he came from behind the counter to continue to ask me what I was looking for. I just left. Its rude to follow your potential customers around the store. Terrible customer service.

Prices are higher. A lot of products are OLD !! The lady at the register is VERY rude!!! She snatches stuff out your hands. If you asks where something is and she doesnt see you bring it back to the register she will continue to ask you why you didnt get it. Are you sure you dont have it .. Etc lol. I work right across the street and its convenient for last minute needs. But I refuse to keep giving them my money. She is very disrespectful for no reason.

MUST READ: This is a terrible place of business the owners were rude as soon as we walked in making the customer right off the bat feel unwelcomed. Cheap products riddled the clustered store. They persisted by following us throughout and kept watching and EVEN RECORDED US on his cell phone trying to hide! Right in front of our face! Dont waste your money at this place.

Owners are very rude and act as if we(the customers) are imcompetent. I have been in that store 3 times with bad results each time....tried after 1st and 2nd to give benefit of the doubt....3 times a charm. Wont get anymore of my fundz. And they follow u around and watch u as if someone wants their expired products...gtfoh.

Rude lady . asked for help and she just ignored us. Went to register to look at the eye liner pencil and was testing the color on the top of my hand and screamed to the yup of her lungs NOOOOI no no no lol like a mad woman. Things look old anyways. Didnt purchase any of my items I had I just left. They dont deserve my money

I wish I could give the 0 stars! The owners are horrible. I was intending to buy a large amount of money on hair care products, since I live out of state, until I noticed that they were watching me like a hawk plus the owner recorded me on his phone! I will take my money elsewhere.

I got here often because it is close to my house. They do ask if they can help you a lot and watch you hell outta you, but it doesnt bother me. I know they must have had a lot of theft so they are just cautiously watching their products. No big deal if you arent trying to steal.

Extremely rude woman and her husband isnt any better. Most of their items dont have prices on and when you ask she yells at you and later just ignores you. I will never go there again even if the things there are free.
