I went to this dealership on February 25th, 2016 because they had the exact car I was looking for. I called ahead to confirm that it was available and to inform them I would be stopping by to take a look at it. When I pulled up Rand, whom I spoke with on the phone, had the car out front and warmed up for me. Perfect. Rand was a fantastic salesman with an even better personality - start to finish he was helpful, genuine, and knowledgeable. After the test drive we talked numbers and got the finance manager, David, involved. Within seconds of meeting him his arrogance was almost enough for us to walk out, along with the fact that he not once acknowledged my girlfriend throughout the entirety of our experience there. He spent the better part of 10 minutes talking about his vacations to Big Sky, MT, when all we wanted was to talk numbers seeing as it was closing in on 7pm. After much debate between David and I, we agreed on a number and down payment on the car. I stated I needed the weekend to get my head on straight and double check its what I really want - I told Rand the reasoning behind my decision - and I took a copy of the numbers we agreed on. The following Friday (the next day) I called Rand and told him I wanted the car and that I would be flying up that following Wednesday to buy it. I confirmed every day leading up to Wednesday that we were still good to go on the purchase. I flew from Fort Myers early Wednesday and got to the dealer before noon. Rand and I shook hands and agreed to move forward, at which point Rand went to David to finalize the purchase. After 10 minutes of speaking with Dave in private Rand came back and stated, "Ive got bad news. Dave said he wont do the car at the agreed price." Dave had decided to fall back to the original "agreement" upon which nothing was agreed. I exclaimed that I had just purchased a flight from Florida on the premise that I purchase this car adherent to the numbers we agreed on the previous Thursday. I walked into Daves office, where he was eating lunch, and tried to understand why he was going back on our agreement, and furthermore, without even informing me of his decision beforehand. He said, between sucking the chicken or whatever off of his fingers, "Im not obligated to do anything. I told you it was a one-time deal and you walked out. Ill sell this car at auction for the asking price. Go find one somewhere else." I was never informed before walking out that the "deal" would be taken off the table should I take a day to think about it, and his childish, deplorable attitude carried the worst treatment I have experienced in my life as a customer. Rand may have been my salesman, but seeing as David is in a managerial position it was his responsibility to inform me that he wouldnt actually be selling me the car at the agreed price - he alone is accountable for that. So, I shook Rands hand and thanked him for everything, and he apologized for what I just went through. I went to another dealer nearby that same day and couldnt be happier with my experience (Select Luxury Motors, if youre curious). ALM not only lost me as a customer, but every person I know that will ever want a luxury vehicle. Its a shame a person like Rand works for somebody like David. I implore you to steer clear of this awful dealership.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this used car dealer and overall, Im very disappointed by their dishonest advertisement details on the internet, dishonesty about listing price on central dispatch for shipping and poor customer service. Every time I placed phone calls, people who work there were not answering professionally or rude over the phone. One of their employees just hung up the phone while I was talking to him once and I was overwhelmed by their unprofessional attitudes. My car was sitting on their lot for 12 days without any arrangement for shipping and the salesman was keep saying that the price was increased to have my car picked up by a driver but I happened to find out from other auto broker that it was still listed for the initial listed amount without any change. I was disappointed so I e-mailed the salesman again to increase the price asap. He said that he will change it right away but it was never changed. I found out from a broker again that its still listed for the same initial amount after couple of days. I couldnt trust the sales person anymore so I had to arrange it myself for higher price. I finally got my car 18 days after I fully paid for the vehicle and went through inspection with the driver who dropped my car off. Ive found many scratches and dings on the exterior which were not disclosed on the ads (The ads described this car as excellent on everything and it has 22" wheel but it was not true) and interior was not even completely cleaned up not like the sales person would do before shipping. It was not completed cleaned or detailed and inside of the trunk was not even vacuumed and the floor mats were dirty, not shampooed well. Most of all, one of the muffler looked damaged so I took the car in and get it lift up and inspected by a muffler mechanic. It was completely damaged even worse than by just looking at it. The part that was connected to the muffler was hanging underneath the car without being stuck into a hole to be secured and the muffler was hit by something and damaged pretty bad. This dealership indicated that they would inspect all of the cars they purchase from lease returns and go through full inspection before they place them for sale but I strongly believe that they didnt even go through repairing the small dings and scratches on the car and I doubt it they did go through full inspection of the car. There were several scratch damages on the rear moon roof glass but it was not disclosed either. I spoke to David C./General Manager over the phone couple of time to fix some issues while my car was sitting there but he wouldnt even try to solve the issues but instead, was being rude over the phone. I felt that it was not worthy to talk to him to fix any issues even if he is the general manager there to handle any issues or problems occur at the dealership. My experience with this dealership was a lot worse than any other dealerships Ive dealt with in the past and I would not return to this dealership in the future. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone seriously thinking about purchasing used vehicles. THINK AGAIN AND DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP !

I purchased a used 2012 BMW 128i with 29k miles from Atlanta Luxury Motors in Roswell in March 2016. It was overall a pleasant experience. PROS: -The staff was very friendly. I worked with Don Zorn as the salesman, he was excellent, very nice, no funny-business. He got me the price I was looking for and the dealership was true to their word for the things we spoke about. The finance manager David was also very nice. - They have an out-of-state title specialist (Jessica). I live in Massachusetts and flew down to purchase this car out of state because it is a rare configuration (manual transmission with sport package). Jessica was able to determine what was necessary to register the car in Massachusetts and helped me take care of this. This relieved a lot of stress. - The car had everything listed in the advertisement, no bait and switch here, and was also nicely detailed when I picked it up. It looked fresh, even the engine bay was clean enough to eat off of. NEUTRAL: - The dealership did not own the car when I bought it (the title is held by a bank). It is my understanding that this is not abnormal for used car dealers, however, it did take several weeks for me to receive the title in order to register the car in my state. They did provide me with a temporary 45 Georgia registration to use in the mean-time, so for most buyers this should not be a problem, just something to know. CON: - The car had some undisclosed problems. When buying a used car, this is just a fact of life that needs to be accepted, especially when buying a car from out of state without seeing it first. But it was still somewhat troubling. Fortunately, the car I purchased is still under the factory warranty. I took my car to a BMW dealership in MA and they were able to fix most of the issues under warranty. So if you purchase a used car ALM Roswell, I recommend checking the warranty status. Issues: - Tire pressure monitor sensor computer was defective (replaced under warranty) - Front drivers side shock was blown (replaced under warranty) - Alignment was off (paid for myself - its a used car, this is expected) - Trim panel above passenger door and rubber liner in the door are damaged (most likely from previous owner locking themselves out of the car and having a tow company jack open the door - this is not covered under warranty and may be expensive to fix but is mostly just a cosmetic issue, still annoying though, as it was not visible from the pictures posted in the advertisement). - They only provided one key fob with the car. This was listed on their advertisement but was still disappointing. Buying a new fob from BMW is expensive. Overall I would recommend buying from ALM Roswell, if the car is still within the factory warranty or if you purchase an extended warranty with your purchase. Otherwise make sure you inspect the car in person thoroughly and maybe take it to your own mechanic to be checked out before purchasing. This is normal car buying advise for any used car.
