For starters if I could give them a negative score I most definitely would without any hesitation. Initially Mrs. Dawn who is the sales associate was wonderful and pleasant. However a week after purchasing my car, the check engine light came on as well as the tire pressure light came on after she said that they had fixed the tired when I got the car. 2 weeks after having the car, I was in traffic on a rainy day at a red light. When the light turned green I proceeded to push the gas to go forward. Instead of going forward the car went into reverse and there was a tractor trailer behind me along with several other cars. I was terrified. Colonial auto sales sent someone to tow the car back to the dealership but only after the car cut off me 7 more times in traffic on the way to a safe location. They have been "working on" my car for the last 2 weeks and every time I call to speak with the manager, she tells that the car will be finished the next day or that she will call me. By the way she never calls me like she says I always call her. When I do call her she sounds irritated , like I am bothering her. My first car note is due tomorrow the 16th and I dont think it is fair being that I have not had my car for the last 2 1/2 weeks and also that I have had to pay for an uber driver which is 26.00 a day to pick up my babies from daycare and pick and take me to and from work. This is a terrible dealership with low quality cars PLEASE BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH, And please do not be fooled by the fact that they have been in business 30 something years.

I seriously doubt Ill be doing business with this company. Called the number and a guy answered sounding like he was being interrupted from his nap or something. When I expressed that he wasnt clear, (unable to be understood) he very rudely said, "Well call back, and try again." Then hung up the phone.

I bought my car from here in 2007,, great car,, decent prices. Everyone very nice. Family oriented,, work with you in every way possible to put you in a car. I recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out. I will shop with them as long as I live in Atlanta.
