Hi, I had a credit issue, due to my abroad travel recently and got stuck there for more than 1 1/2 year. I called the finance manager at Toyota south and explained my situation and my necessity to buy a car. from there on they took advantage of me. The events went on as follows. !. I was asked to sign the paper for credit report. Made to wait for almost four hours(almost for every half an hour, the finance manager excusing himself for the delay and also passing a slurry comment on my poor credit) 2. After that he introduced me to a salesman, who took me for a test drive in a car. He sat in drivers seat and made me sit beside, and started driving. The car dont have a window sticker and when I inquired about, I was shown a window sticker of a car that was parked beside. Both have same sale sticker saying was$19900 stricken half way and now 15,900 and the other car has all the upgrades. The sales man told me this car has everything latest, including cell phone sync audio. After a brief drive around, he brought me to his desk and made an estimate for a sale price of $19990. 3. I went to the financial manager and asked him if I can try for a camry instead of corola, he said a flat NO. When I asked about other cars including used and certified pre-owned, He almost shouted, NO NO PRE OWNED, NO CAMRY AND NO OTHER CARS. YOU HAVE TO TAKE THIS CAR ONLY. then he made me to wait for couple of more hours. 4. I asked the salesman why the price is $19990, when it bears a sale sign of $15900, his response was that I got pretty bad credit. I got to take it because my credit is bad. I went outside of the office, to bite my disappointment and to cool off from the repeated"your credit is bads.." and the only car that am supposed to take was not there. 5. at around 7.30 I was told the loan is under hold and they have to talk to the bank, the next day. After doing all the paperwork, the salesman handed over the key to me and it was a manual key. Containing my surprise, I asked him the remote. At that point he said"You know, this is a basic car. It dont come with centralized key. it will cost me $1500. 6. After ten days of that purchase, I went to the showroom, to esquire about my tag. Over the conversation, I mentioned to the same salesman, that I might take a trip to Washington. He told me if I use cruise control, I might get high gas mileage. Then I remembered that this car doesnt have a cruise control button like in old cars. so I requested him to show me how to set the cruise control. He sat in my car and looked around as if lost and finally said, "you know this is basic car. if it has cruise control, it has to be here" he pointed a point under steering wheel and said "there is nothing here means there is no cruise control in your car" 7. What the salesman has done in my case is a clear case of auto fraud. He intentionally withheld all the information(window sticker,Basic model car, no remote key and no cruise control) 8. What the sales manager did was, taking advantage of bad credit, he made me to feel awful of myself first(played with the mind) and made me to buy the car he want me to at the price higher that the cars worth. I am posting this so that no other customer should succumb to the outrage of the staff as I had to do. So Please go to this dealer with 100 eyes and 100 ears. They wait over there for dooping you somehow.

I have had TWO encounters with this dealership and unfortunately both wasnt very pleasant, lord forbid you are a person of the "working class".please let it be noted that those encounters are years apart and wasnt back to back.years passed and I recently gave this dealership another chance because they had a car I was looking for. Like most people I am a new parent looking for a gently used vehicle that was affordable,no problems ,to drive my new family in.During the transaction the used car sales manager assured me over and over that the car I was purchasing was a good car and didnt have any problems. Only 4 days later I had a check engine light on.i spoke with the service department and was told to call the man who sold me the car because they will do something since i just got the car when I call my salesman and the same sale manager that assured me...they had little to no interest in the situation I was dealing with because they already sold the car and no longer needed to please me. The salesman who is supposedly a pastor said he would text me the body shop number and didnt do so. The sales manager only told me to basically call chevy down the street(meaning it is not their problem even though i just purchased the car) I was told for used cars, you have 3 days to come back and exchange the car if there is an issue with it. From the way they are acting and what is going on, why would I want to deal with this dealer again by getting another car when they sold a car that has a engine light on 4 days after purchase and wasnt doing all they could do to help. My car didnt even have enough antifreeze when I popped the hood. I am a working mother like a lot of women, we dont have alot of time and money to deal with situations like this after just buying a new used car. My second encounter was looking for my sister her FIRST car and again for most working class families there is a budget. we were serious in buying a car but because we didnt want a brand spankin new car, he showed my sister this really old car that had been sitting for awhile. Again let it be noted that we were serious buyers and this salesman is laughing with his buddy showing us a car they wouldnt drive let alone anyone else since it has been sitting. I have been to other dealerships for my last two cars and i didnt have issues.one of my cars was used and they still offered to top off any fluids right then and there.and was emailed to check up on the car. Now i am stuck with loan on a car that is already having issues and have to try to come out of pocket($$$) for repairs that shouldnt be happening so soon.

It was truly a pleasure doing business with Toyota South Atlanta. I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. The facility is clean and inviting and I love the smell of the fresh flowers. Everyone was courteous and kind. I actually received the exact vehicle in the color combination that I wanted. I purchased my 2015 Highlander the same week that Toyota South Atlanta had their Customer Appreciation day. The food & drinks were great. They had excellent door prizes for the Adults and for the children. I did want to win the 47 inch Flat screen TV but I was really happy when a customer of Toyota cars for 30 years won. Rod Sanders the General Sales Manager introduced us to all of the friendly & knowledgeable Staff who later got a chance to mingle with the Toyota customers. We also got a tour of the facility to see the exact procedure our Toyota’s would go through for maintenance & service. The Staff provides excellent customer service. They make it so easy to do business with them. Especially Nelly Rasuleva my Sales & Product Specialist. Nelly made car buying sweatless. She went over all of the features and controls of buying my 2015 Highlander LE and answered all of my questions. Nelly was very professional and a great straight forward person. The explanation of the Maintenance ToyotaCare and warranty is another great reason for my Toyota buying decision. I am so amazed at how they have built this vehicle for low maintenance and great gas mileage. I was offered a great deal on my Highlander and I was able to get financed. Francois Alusma was very helpful in determining the best loan option for me. He made the paperwork easy. Toyota South Atlanta showed me that they care about me as a customer and I trust them to do what is right for me. Thank you Toyota South Atlanta for my brand new Black on Black 2015 Toyota Highlander LE. I know you will receive a whole lot of business & sales because everyone loves my new Highlander just as well as I do. From a very Happy Satisfied Customer 1st time buyer of a Toyota. April 2015
