My parents have gone to Lebanon Ford as long as I can remember, so I know they trusted and were completely satisfied with the dealership. Although I live in Monroe, OH and Middletown Ford is closer, I choose to go to Lebanon Ford due to the positive experiences my parents had. I brought my current car, a 2004 Ford Escape, to the dealership for service and really had no intentions of purchasing a car. Since I had a lot of time to spare, I decided to look at new cars...primarily the Focus. I was introduced to Nico McClellan, who was extremely friendly and engaging. Early in the conversation, I mentioned my father was a Ford Retiree and I had always purchased Ford vehicles on the Z Plan. I have purchased cars from other Ford dealerships. My biggest complaint in the past has been that once a sales person found out I was purchasing a car on the Z Plan, they didnt spend a lot of time with me and the whole process felt rushed. This could not have been furthest from the case at Lebanon Ford. I was treated like any other potential buyer and much time and effort was spent with me during my purchase. In fact, I began talking with Nico at 9:30 am and I did not leave the dealership with my new car until 5:30 pm. This length time was not due to slow or inept service on the part of Lebanon Ford. It was because I was able to explore and discuss all of my options, have my questions/concerns answered, test drive a Focus and take it home so that my husband could see it, have my current car appraised for trade in, get the best financing for my situation, have my new car prepared for me, and tech support explain my cars new technology and teach me how to use it! I felt everyone I came in contact with, from the service department to sales to financing to tech support, was truly interested in making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with every step of the purchasing process. I have never had a better, more enjoyable, more thorough, more satisfying experience buying a car than I did at Lebanon Ford! I have already received 2 calls from my sales rep, Nico McClellan, making sure everything is fine with my car and reiterating that he and the dealership are available if I should need anything or have any questions! I am so happy with my new Ford Focus and my experience at Lebanon Ford...I will recommend them to anyone purchasing or servicing a car! Thank you again Lebanon Ford!!!

After visiting several other ford dealerships in the area I was becoming frustrated and ready to give up, but then I found Lebanon Ford on Autotrader. I liked the inventory that they had so I decided to take the 30 mile drive to their dealership to see how they would be able to accommodate me. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Kathy Wells. She was very friendly and knowledgably. I told her that I wanted to test drive an Edge that I had seen online. She said ok let me go get the keys. We got in the car an proceeded on are little excursion around Lebanon in the new car. While on our journey Kathy was very friendly and polite we talked about the Reds and other little things, and at no time did I feel any pressure from her. When we arrived back to the dealership I began to explain to her about the other experiences I had had at the competitors. Also, unbeknownst to her at the time I never really wanted an Edge I just felt from the other dealers that they were steering me in that direction. So I then begin to talk to her about the Explorers and pricing. At that time she went and got the keys to one that I really liked. She pulled it out slightly so I could walk around it, and next she took me in so we could run numbers and financing options. She was absolutely amazing!!! I told her the number I was willing to spend from the beginning and my trade in value. She had my trade in appraised and told me about my employee discount and rebates. Next the best part she put me in the vehicle I had been dreaming about for a month for the price I could afford!! The second best part about this experience was that the whole purchase(including test drive) only took a combined time of about an hour and fifteen minutes and being a father of three my time is very valuable. The entire staff that day was amazing!! They treated me like I was the first and only customer they had ever had!! I will and recommend that if your in the market for a car that you give Kathy and Lebanon Ford a chance to WOW you!!!!

I was skeptical about coming to Lebanon Ford because I had been burned by other Dealerships, but this place has helped me achieve the car of my dreams. I visited other dealerships last year trying to trade in my car for the new ford focus in black. Prices were high and no one I worked with cared enough to help, they were only focused on sales and being pushy. Lebanon Ford is a dealership I would and am reccomending to everyone. I was honestly not expecting excellent service but I got beyond that. I already feel like I can trust the sales consultants and service department. They only care about helping you find what you want/need. When I decided I was going to go through with purchasing my vehicle (after they allowed me to take it overnight!) I let Ken Hafer know, the one who helped me accomplish all of this, and he took care of getting everything ready for me the next day (which was his day off by the way) . Because of that I got out of there very quickly whereas I am used to sitting at a dealership all day. I got a new car so they had a guy by the name of Kyle who was very knowledgable on the technology he answered every question I had. Everyone at Lebanon Ford made sure I was confident in my purchase and that I had all questions answered before I left. Ken was extremely helpful and understanding. If he didnt know the answer to something he would find it for me. I can tell he truly takes care of his customers. He is kind and friendly and not in the least too worried about sales versus the customers happiness. Best place I have gone. I truly enjoy the service of Lebanon Ford, and I do not dread going back for my oil changes and such just because I can feel confident in knowing my car & I will be taken care of not taken advantage of. Highly reccomend! Best Experience!

I was looking to buy a new 2013 Ford Escape in the area of Dayton Ohio. I came across Lebanon Ford through reviews on a couple of different sites. They were BY FAR the best rated dealership in the area, so I thought Id go and check them out. My experience from beginning to end was absolutely WONDERFUL. They are prompt and professional in every step of the process. I did not go into Lebanon Ford thinking I would buy that day, but I was so impressed I put down a deposit that day. I received my vehicle sooner than originally estimated and it was everything I had asked for. They were very accommodating on the day of purchase and really made my first car buying experience simple and stress free. They went over all the details of the warranty and the other aspects of buying a car in a very professional manner. The tech team was also great in explaining all the details of the technology in the car. I left feeling wonderfully taken care of. I also was not forgotten after my check cleared. I still get emails and phone calls making sure I am still satisfied with my car and they are always offering their help in any way. I have already mentioned this dealership to several of my friends and family and wherever I move in the future, if I need another car I will return to Lebanon Ford. Niko McClellan went above and beyond what I think a car salesman should do and he was definitely the reason I decided not to look anywhere else. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone within the Dayton, Cincinnati area and even beyond that. Its worth the drive!
