Horrible experience! They are a bunch of rep offs. My husband and I were referred to this dealership by Geicos adjuster, GT, who was currently assisting us with our 2011 Honda Accord, which was deemed a total loss on May 15, 2015. We were told to deal with Derek (sale associate) and Auto (Finance Manager) once we arrived and start our process. After several negotiations, we found a 2015 Honda Sport, with a ticket price of $26,190, that was suitable for us. Derek told us there was a rebate of $3000 on the car, and with our $500 down deposit, the amount to be finance was $22690 (not including taxes). Now, we are on our way to the finance dept. to meet with Auto, Finance Manager, to go over the terms and conditions. Auto, finance manager, told us the bank approved Zack, my fiancé, for 8%, but he will give us 6.2% with a warranty for 7yrs/100,000 for $2500, and the payment would only go up $12. Then, he, finance manager, added GAP Insurance for $900,and finally, their doc fee of $599, now bringing the cars total financing to over $34,000. After, getting home and reviewing everything, the suppose-to-be rebate of $3000 was never really a rebate because it was added on the back in and someone defrauded the bank by adding $1000 to Zacks income. We immediately called and spoke with Auto, finance manager, and asked to return the car because we felt like we had been scammed. We arrived BACK at Sons Honda dealership, to deal with the sale manager, Andre. Andre said he can cancel the warranty but he couldnt take the $2500or keep the interest rate of 6.2% because that was not the agreement. We demanded a new contract to reflect the $2500 being removed, Andre said he had to see if it could be done. He came back to the office with a new contract, payment was reduced and we keep our 6.2%, now the deal was sealed again!. The morning of May 30, 2015, around 9:30 a.m., my fiancé, Zack, received a call from Auto, finance manager, that the loan was denied and the bank wanted us to bring the car back immediately unless we take the 8% and/or pay $440 a month for the car. I was furious and said we were on our way to return the vehicle and I never wanted to deal with them AGAIN. 7 minutes later, Auto, finance manager, calls back and states there was an error on his behalf and we could keep the car. But, at this point I didnt want the vehicle, and felt we were victims of fraud, and didnt want to do business with them. We will consult with an attorney and the media Monday about this fraudulent transaction that occurred.

Our AC went out suddenly on a road trip from Florida to Tennessee. We stopped here to get our CRV looked at. I trust my Honda dealer back home, so I figured wed be ok here. They got us into a rental to finish the rest of the trip with the plan to pick my car up on the way back. We get to Tennessee and they call and say its a $1300 repair for the compressor. Even though its the clutch. They say its cheaper to replace the whole thing because the labor to replace just the clutch would be astronomical. The same thing went out on my Saturn and it was about $400 to repair. At this point, Im ready to call BS on this. Dude says the part is $900 alone. So I get the part number and tell him I will call him back. At that point, he starts saying he only has 10 minutes to order the part to get it in time. They were keeping my car for 4 days and they only have 10 minutes to order the part?? Obviously trying to pressure me into making a decision because he knows we are out of state. What can I even do? Drive 5 hours back and take it to another dealer? So I called my dealer back home and gave them the part number, and they said the part is $600 and the repair is under warranty from Honda, and that this dealer should know that. So I call back Sons and they didnt give me the full part number information. Turns out it is two parts. One is $600 and the other $300. And that Honda extended the warranty on some of the same model and year as my car, but not mine. So no warranty on the repair. Honda corporate will hear from me on that. I will give them a chance to make it right. So we have no choice but to get the repair done. I authorize them to use the after market part, which is about $400 cheaper than using the Honda part. We go on with our trip and stop on the way back to pick up the car from the dealer. They tell us its $1500!! At this point, my husband lets them have it, and they offer to take off $100. Nobody called at any point to say it would be more, and we never authorized more. Ridiculous. So we left and started driving down the highway. The icing on the cake? They didnt close the hood all the way and it started moving around like it was about to fly up and hit the windshield! If you are on a road trip and need some repairs, DO NOT GO HERE. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the repair seems to be done well and they replaced the airbags that were recalled.

I started at the Toyota dealership next door to look at a specific car and received horrible service. They argued with me, were rude to me, and did not want to help me. They tried to tell me that the vehicle was cash only because it had over 140k miles on it and that the repairs (2 tires, one of which was flat, an oil change, and an alignment would be an extra cost. I had already been to Sons Honda (next door) with my mom last month and she financed a vehicle with roughly the same mileage and age on it and they were very nice and professional, so my wife and I decided to go over there. Anthony Lucas (one of the two salesmen who helped my mom) helped me to find a car. He was very professional and worked hard to address all of my concerns. I wasnt happy about having to back out of the deal, but the car that I purchased had a bad catalytic converter and the sales manager (Jason) would only agree to replace it with a cheap aftermarket catalytic converter that, in the car I was looking to purchase, would have gone out again in a matter of months. I also discovered that the clutch and throwout bearing needed to be replaced and the car was using about 2 quarts of oil per week. Thats a bit much, even for a rotary engine, for a car with only 69k miles on it which told me that the sealing blades were wearing out and the engine would need to be rebuilt within the next 30k miles or so. It was a beautiful car and I wouldve kept it if not for all of the issues, but I could not see paying payments that high ($80 per month more than I was insisting on) when I was looking at another $6000-$7000 in repairs within the next few of years (parts only, not including labor). Another salesman (with a foreign sounding name that I cannot remember... an older white man) kept trying to convince me to reconsider backing out of the deal and wasnt making me very happy with how pushy he was being. I am still giving a three star review because of Jasons willingness to allow me to back out of the deal (and trying to find me something else), and because of my moms pleasant experience. Otherwise, I would only be giving a 2 star review...
