For the second time we went to look at the same car. The first time we couldnt test drive it because Jose said it was raining and he sent his staff home. The second time, we want to discuss the issues and negotiate, as is done when buying a car. No one came out to greet us and when we went in we were given the keys to look at the car by Jose and told he was finishing lunch and would come out then. 20 minutes later, we had seen no one and go back to talk price. We were looking to consider trade in a vehicle as well and asked about the issues that were apparent with the car. Zero negotiation, priced 3k above blue book value and when we asked about a bottom dollar with a trade in of $1750 less, we were told by Jose he was going back to his lunch. I told him I thought that was very rude and he could have cared less. This place is a joke. Meanwhile, I have cash in hand and ready to buy but not from a place like this.

Drove up from Columbus today to look at a vehicle they had. When I got there and looked at the vehicle I decided it just wasnt what I wanted. I talked with Jose and Brian. They were both very respectful of my decision, but tried to make me a better offer. Once I decided not to do the deal, they continued to be very nice and did not try to talk me into something I did not want. This is honestly the best experience I have ever had with a car lot. Jose and Brian are top notch sales guys, but they respect the fact that its your money you are spending and dont want to dupe you into the deal. Good job guys, highly recommended.
