Horrible customer service and sales techniques. Our associate left us at his desk for long periods time without relaying any information to us. He never told us the process, where he was going with my documents, what to expect, how long it would take, etc. He just left us there. In fact he left us long enough we made an hour trip to the Carmax conveniently located down the street where the associates were very courteous. I came back to Autosmith to give them a second chance, and well......he still left us hanging around. We left for the final time, visited a car wash, picked up our child and made it home before he even called. Maybe he finally returned to his desk...

They were super helpful and I love my car... I had some financial issues in the past which messed up my credit and they treated me with so much respect. I got the car of my choice and they made it easy. I love the service they provided plus I got a real warranty and roadside assistance plan with my car. I cant say enough wonderful things about Autosmith. I have recommended several friends and they are all happy. Thanks Autosmith
