This place is a fraud! I stepped in this location on 7/24 to apply to get a vehicle My sales agent was Mr.Brooks, I filled out the application and Mr.Brooks told me to wait 10-15 for the Underwriting Department to call my phone, so I waited and recieved a call from a lady by the name of Ms.Thomas and she tells me that i dont have a verifiable address so im like mame i have all this recent mail from the address that i provided you and plus i just renewed my license with the same address so how isnt it verifiable. Then she goes on to say that i live with my boyfriend based off your credit report, and i stated thats not true his place is in his name but i do be there from time to time and plus i put my boyfriend down as a refrence using the same address that she was speaking of so its wasnt like i was withholding information. Ms.Thomas then tells me that I need to prove that im not a owner of my boyfriends place so i did i had the property manager fax over proof to Mr.Brooks and he told sit and wait so i sat for two more hours then waiting so I decided to call Ms.Thomas (the underwriter) to ask was everything okay then she says yes i verified everything youre approved so now go talk to Mr.Brooks,I speak with Mr.Brooks he tells me that i needed 1200 down and 270 a month for my vehicle i told him ill be back wednesday to purchase he said ok Do You Wanna Pay Me $100 so i can make sure this car wont get sold, I said no Ill be back wednesday. I called Mr Brooks Monday Tuesday and Wednesday to follow up on this vehicle So on today 7/27 i step in to purchase and Mr.Brooks assited me and told me to test drive the car I returned and he senr me to the office manager to discuss my payments while mr.brooks was finding me auto insurance. Mr. Brooks then tells me he found me auto insurance and so i made my payment and put insurance on the car. Mr.brooks then said im about to go outside and take photos but mr.brooks never returned and the office manger told me that i couldnt get the car because three of my refrences gave them a old address of mine so im like but i was told on 7/24 that everything was verified so why would you have me put insurance on this car Where Is My Refund the office manager was so cruel and nasty and didnt care so i called Ms.Thomas who turns out not to be underwriter shes just a sales agent Pay Attention she steps outside when her phone rings and acts as if she is the Underwriting department NO ONE SHOULD GO THRU THIS The police was called on me because i demanded my refund I Have Insurance On A Car I Dont Even Have And I Was Just Lied And Treated Horribly And Mr.Brooks You Are Completely Wrong You Just Left Me Sitting There! What Kind Of Human Are You?

I gave Auto Star a call because the current vehicle that I have with them put me down. I had no problem making a decision to call them because the current vehicle I had with them was a very good car up until recently. When I called and spoke with Ronald and sunshine they assured me that they would stay there until I got off work and not leave until I got there and promise me I will ride that night and I did. Sunshine Ronald and another associate stayed there until 9:30 p.m. to make sure that I went home in my vehicle which proves to me that they care about their customers and about making their business to success. I also am very thankful for my account manager Gary Livingston who is always been there by my side patiently working with me and not giving me any grief or stress about my payments. Because of sunshine Ronald and Garretts dedication and loyalty to me I will continue to be a customer of autostar finance and refer my friends. I am new owner of a 2009 Dodge Journey which I am loving and I appreciate everything that they did for me tonight thank you.

I have to give this place 3/5 just based off the horrible attitude of my Sales man Mr .Brooks but great customer service that i have received from Ms. Towanda Anthony . Although she wasnt the sales person that I originally did business with , she was very honest and relatable when it came to certain decisions that had to take place during our vehicle having to be traded out. Her compassion and caring demeanor was greatly appreciated, everytime we drove a vehicle she immediately asked how we liked it and what we thought. Meanwhile Mr. Brooks paced back & forth nonchanlant about whether we wanted the car or not, his main focus was to attend to the new customers coming through the door, as if we were no longer his problem smh. Anyway, Every time I come she greets with open arms and a friendly smile , if only my sales person was just as personable this place would be perfect. Although 1 bad apple spoils a bunch , in this case she made up for that saying... Thank you Ms. Anthony

The staff at this location are very sweet and easy going people, they just want to help!! I dont recommend people to deal with this company, but if you have no other choice, I would keep the conversations with Paul very short... although they dont base off your credit ... they sell cars with minor problems that should be known of before having somebody drive off the lot. I bought a 2010 Dodge Avenger and not even a week later the brakes were horrible ... needed front and back brakes. YES they fixed the breaks for me because I had a warranty. I got pulled over and the police officer told me the car was registered to someone with a suspended license and had a warrant out for they arrest. At that point I called Paul again and he said he would handle it.. an hour later they said they would return the down deposit to me and to just turn the car back in... the company will be a much better place without this PAUL guy...

HELLO MY NAME IS JESSICA I BEEN WITH AUTO STAR FOR ONE YEAR. THESE ARE SOME REALLY GREAT PEOPLE. I HAD A COUPLE PROBLEM WITH MY VAN AND THEY DIDNT WASTE ANYTIME FIXING IT. FROM THE SELL AGENT MS. TAWANA FROM MR.PAUL IN THE BACK OFFICE. MY CAR STARTED TO ACT UP EVEN MORE AND MORE, MR. PAUL PUT ME IN A WHOLE NEW CAR NO MONEY DOWN AND PAYED OFF MY OLD CAR. I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN MR.PAUL CALLED AND TOLD ME. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT BECAUSE USED CAR DEALER SHIPS NEVER DO THAT. THEY HAVE HAD MY BACK THE WHOLE TIME I HAVE HAD MY CAR. I JUST HAD TO SAY THEY EACH AND EVER LAST PERSON ONE THE TEAM. EVERYONE PLAYS A PART IN HELPING ME. EVERYTIME I WALK INTO THE OFFICE TO MAKE A PAYMENT EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SMILING AND WELCOMES YOU WITH OPEN ARMS. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CAR THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I purchased my car Feb 8..I had been without a car for over a year, and needed a car...I wasnt to optimistic about driving off the lot that day, but Towana was the first person I met there. As I sat down with the sales person to fill out my application, she was so helpful and kind. She was even the person that rode with me for my test drive...we talked, laughed, and talked about our hometown....she was so sweet...and patient, it was after closing time while we were doing all this, but she never made me feel rushed or like I was holding her up...the process was seamless and hassle free. She answered all my questions and Im glad I came there...the overall experience was refreshing...it was human, I didnt feel like they were just looking to sell me a car with no regard of my situation or feelings...thank you for your kindness and great service...its well appreciated!
