Just bought a Toyota Rav4 from Robert at Avalon Auto and have to say it was by far the best car buying experience of my life! Robert is a great guy and very candid and straight forward about his cars and prices. He had all the background information about the car and let me test drive it without hesitation or a big production. Doing my research prior to looking at the car felt good that Roberts price was on the lower end of the range for the vehicle. There was never any high pressure used car sales stuff. The few items that it found that needed to be fixed or cleaned up were dealt with by him without any problems. The paperwork for the purchase was a breeze and he even got the tag for me. I had a potential issue with getting the check for the car at the time appointed and Robert said it would be OK to pick up the car and get him the check when it was straightened out. In the end it all worked out, but Roberts willingness to work with me to make a great experience is outstanding. I cant say enough about Avalon as the best place to get a very good used car. Looking at his inventory I would feel confident with anything he has to sell and that it is in good shape and he will stand behind his product to make sure the customer is satisfied. If you need a good used car in the Atlanta area your first stop should be Robert at Avalon Auto. Their website has the full inventory and it is easy to use. Robert and Avalon Auto are great!!!!

I lost all faith in car dealerships after spending three months trying to buy a car. I went to Kia of Roswell, Honda carland, and Gwinnett place Nissan. I even tried Carvana and was let down by them as well. The moment I was ready to give up, I found an ad on Craigslist for a 2015 Nissan leaf. I did my research and saw that it was at a great price. I made up my mind that I was going to contact the dealer and not let them up sell or pressure me into buying something different. When I arrived at Avalon Auto, I was surprised at how helpful they were. There was absolutely no pressure and they were very knowledgeable about the cars. The process was painless. I think I was in and out within an hour. They had no extra dealer fees and they even came to pick up my trade in from my house! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a used car. Avalon Auto has restored my faith in car dealerships and I will be sure to use them again in the future.

We bought our Toyota Camry Hybrid from Avalon Auto and I absolutely love it. A few weeks ago, there was an incident at a new resort we stayed at in Panama City where their garage ceiling leaked white streaks onto my car after a storm. After returning home, I took it to two detailers who told me there was nothing that could be done to remove the streaks, aside from a new paint job. I decided to call Robert and took it out to Avalon. He and his team did an incredible job with their detail and getting my car back to the way it looked when I originally purchased it.. Beautiful! They were also very fair in their pricing. Robert, Natasha and the staff at Avalon are the kindest, most forthright people you could ever have the pleasure of doing business with!

I cant begin to tell you how impressed I am with this dealer! I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius from Robert. I reside in Birmingham, Alabama and I bought the car sight unseen from Avalon. Both Robert and Natasha made me very comfortable in knowing exactly what I was buying. Robert even took out time to meet me on Superbowl Sunday to get the car since it was the only time I could drive there. A tad bit late on writing this review which probably isnt he worst thing since Ive had more time to drive the 06 325i Bmw sold to me by Robert over at Avalon. In my experience Robert was a very laid back honest and straightforward guy. He worked with me efficiently threw the whole process and I would buy another car from the dude if I could. Put shortly, the car still drives great and Ive had no problems at all. Would Recommend buying a car from Avalon auto to anyone interested in buying a car.

Integrity in the used car industry? I never thought I could find it until I purchased a vehicle from Robert at Avalon Auto. I bought an 09 Santa fe. They are good people and very reliable. They wont leave you alone after you purchased your car. When they promise something to you, they will truely do it. I would recommend them to everyone who looks for a reliable dealership. I have to say they are really professional even more than big dealership. I would definitely buy my next car from them.
