My girlfriend made the mistake of going in there by herself. She just wanted to buy some some vapor tech and 2 coils. When she got home she realized she had received only 6mg of nicotene instead of the 18mg.she had requested. Also, the 2 coils she purchased were $4 each. The Manager/Owner also conveniently didnt issue her a receipt.(Not that it would of made a difference). In total, she was charged almost $20.(About double what it should have been) When we went back in to see about just getting her money back, he told us that all sales are final and pointed at a little tiny card with writing on it on the register. How Pathetic!! He kind of reminds me of an auto mechanic that takes advantage of little old ladies but just on a punier scale.. LOOSER!!!

I have been going to the shop for years for vape juice in accessories. The owner of the company is very friendly. I went in there the other day to get some juice and a new coil and they were out of the standard coil that I use for my tank. The owner had an alternative coil that he insisted would work with my tank. I got home installed a new coil and it immediately shorted out my battery. I called down to the shop and told him what happened and he was not help. $65.00 battery down the drain. Where is so much business that I brought to the shop I would have thought the owner would have taken some accountability for selling bad product. I will not be going back to M&I in the future.

I know three owner and other worker there they are extremely polite and well versed in what they sell lowest prices in town and to respond to kid with broken bowl learn to read all sales final next time inspect before you buy you wouldnt go out to buy a new car without looking at it first right? So stop complaining there only what 15 dollars if that grow up get a job and suck it up

I knew this would be a nice shop when I first went in the guy working had a pet pidgeon that walked around on the floor. H found it right after it fell out of its nest. The store is clean and well organized. Ive always been given excellent service from everyone working there.

The staff is always friendly and attentive. The owner is a fair and honest man and cares about his customers. All around it is a great shop and they have always taken excellent care of me. Ive been coming here for seven years and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The guys who work there and the owner are all polite, as professional as any privately owned smoke shop gets, and there prices are the best that arent on the indian res. Simply put, they are the best at what they do

Sold me a cracked bowl and didnt know tell I got home and wouldnt refund money also have high prices on spice for little weight. greenfield and mains cigaretts 4 less has bomb prices and will actually hook it up

Its worth the drive to anyone interested in a good deal on smoking products, yeah, that legal stuff too if you know what I mean. BEST SHOP AROUND. I just wish they would put up the hours of operation!!

Love this shop! Prices are like half or less what most shops charge, plus the nearly constant sales are great too. Large supply, good variety, super friendly staff. 2 thumbs way way up.

Im a newbie to vapes so i go in ask the guy for juice with a lil bit I f menthol and what do i get juice that has a whole lot of menthol not very helpful would not recommend nor go back

Always buy my tobacco and tubes from there. Tobacco is always fresh in the humidor. Never had a problem here with old or stale products.
