Excellent customer service & knowledge from ANYONE there who has ever helped me especially from Bonnie!! They have great prices on EVERYTHING especially the tabbacco..in fact i wont shop anywhere else but waves!! of course they have a variety of other items to choose from with great prices as well!! oh i cant forget to mention that on occasion they have REALLY GREAT sales with live music & DJs & food & raffle tickets & AWESOME prizes!!! Sooo if you are on the east side of town and even if youre not you should REALLY go and check out Waves!! you probably wont leave empty handed thats for sure !! Most Excellent Service and Selection Did a Google Now search for a good vape shop on my way home from work a few days ago and Waves came up and had some pretty decent reviews, but sometimes family/friends/fake accounts make things seem much better than they are. Well, believe the great reviews! I went in and met Bonnie (possibly my future wife!) and she took the time with me (between customers) to explain what I needed (the correct atomizers) and why, fixed a messed up tank I had, and generally was very cool and extremely helpful. If you are a local to Mesa, AZ and the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area, then you know this is the place to be! Excellent customer service!!! Best products from vapes to hookahs, pipes, accessories!!! Plus, if they dont have it; NO WORRIES! The owner will ALWAYS order it for you, and do her best to accommodate your needs! The place is sanitary, LOTS of options to choose from if you cant find what youre looking for, and they will ALWAYS let you try their products in house!!! HIGHLY RECCOMEND VISITING!!!!

Great place with nice people that can actually have a conversation with you! This is my new favorite place to go to find cigars and other smoking parifinalia. Theyve got good prices too. Not to mention, its Kinda nice to see smiling faces behind the counter rather than some hairy dude that looks like he hasnt showered in a week and smells like a wet ashtray. Oh and there are no creepers sitting around smoking in lounge chairs watching you brows. Enjoy!

This is by far my favorite smoke shop. Bonnie is absolutely amazing and the customer service is always 100% outstanding. They have amazing glass selections at amazing prices as well. the help is good and they were knowledgeable. They also have tasty e liquids. Only downside is the cost for hardware. You can get the same equipment online for much less.
