Took the hubby here after we were at a different smoke shop thinking their prices would be better. Turns out they were actually higher and the product he bought was a refurbished ecig (which was supposed to be a higher quality and BRAND NEW at that price) the shop owner then confessed to buying broken ecigs after he went back in to confront the shop owner over how the ecig looked (faded label on side and a screw instead of a rivet in one of the inserts), and then the shop owner would have someone come in to service them which he then turned right back around to sell them OVER priced as BRAND NEW. Misleading and crooked. Go to a better smoke shop for anything other than just cigarettes because that is the only thing they can get right, price and product.

Bought a charger for PAX 2 from here. It was $35 in the store and only $20 on amazon but I didnt wanna wait for shipping so I figured, what the hell. The charger didnt work. Went back the next day and they said all sales are final even when I explained I just wanted to exchange it for the same thing but one that actually WORKED properly. I work in retail and I know how manufacturer warranties work, it would have probably taken these guys a few minutes to fill out a claim and get me a new one but they refused to do so. Total waste, thank God I didnt buy my PAX from here cause if that was defective and I wasted almost $300 here, Id be pissed!

These guys are absolutely horrible. I bought a piece that didnt fit with my other stuff, so I brought it back in to at least exchange it for a different one. I was not, I repeat, WAS NOT asking for a refund. The owner just said "sorry, all sales are final". So they are willing to lose a lifetime customer who lives across the street for $8...great business model. I hope these guys fail

Sold me a bunk Tesla without warranty manual and would not allow me exchange for a different more expensive devise when I offered to pay more. Bad customer service been going there for 6 months and have spent hundreds they know me too lol. Find a different store

We were over charged by 100 bucks. It was suppose to be $125 and we were charged $225!! A longtime loyal customer and the owner wouldnt make it right, which put us in a bad place financially. NEVER SHOP HERE!!! Unless you want to get ripped off.

This place is awesome, they take great care of the customers. For those of you complaining, no where at this place do they say they are a vape shop they might sale it but they do not in any way advertise to be a vape shop
