Stopped here for the first time the night before the infamous 4/20. These are some of the nicest people I have ever met and the prices even without the sale were more than affordable. They even let me have my free goodie bag a day early because I ended up getting a bunch of stuff. Came back the next day on 4/20 and the place was great again. The owner I believe his name is Mike, is probably one of the nicest people. And also theres one more guy that works there that really helped me out a ton and I thank everyone there for it. Think Im going to head there right now actually lol UPDATE: went back. Everyone was there tonight and recognized me and gave me some great deals as always. The girl at cash register is always fun to talking to and same with Lori. Had a mix up on product and went right back in and they switched it out again as usually since they are the best. Mike & Lori & rest of team got a 5/5 again! Never going anywhere else again.

Mike the owner is a great guy, I use to come into the shop all the time and was always treated with respect every one was always friendly helpful, just was an all around great experience, until today the lady every one calls MA for some reason was vary disrespectful rude and un-welcoming. After that experience I honastly dont know that I will be back. Im pretty disappointed and she didnt even want to apologize! Mike, I dont know if you see these ratings or not but I do apologize for the bad review. This is the only bad experience I have ever had here, but she was very disrespectful. Again until today would have put a five star review. Customer service is number one I am the owner of a ac company now, and I know for a fact that if it was not for my customers I would not be able to pay my bills or fees my son I was just trying to have a friendly conversation with her and she wanted to be rude out of no where for no reason.

My son and boyfriend and I have been going there for 2 years. Mostly because of convience and the juice Hustle and coils. Which they are out of most of the time and have been given the wrong coils numerous times. But NO MORE!!! this morning was the last straw. Although every experience has been good with Mike Ma is inconsistent with her attitude. The litttle rat bastard, punk, know it all, rude, disrespectful, with dark hair, cap backwards that was working this morning at opening does not belong in customer service. More like a prolonged education in everything. Super rude. most of the time wrong, little boy. Too much competition in this industry to have employed ass holes behind the counter. Yes i have been in customer service for 32 years and own a salon so Im pretty sure I know how to treat customers. Gave you to many chances. Im done with All in One. Good luck

I personally will never shop at any other smoke shop. I made a purchase just before closing time when I got home I realized the product had a defect and was unusable. I felt I just wasted $30. I know thats not much money but now, it was about the principle of buying something and it not working again. I knew that smoke shops have a no returns no exchanges no exceptions policy but I went back the next morning anyway for no reason other than to vent my anger. When I got there I was treated so well by everyone and they were all in on resolving my issue and when they couldnt fix it they exchanged it on one that worked. I want to say thank you again. It is this respectful attitude towards your customers that will put your competition out of business unless they change their ways.

This is my one stop shop for juice, mods , coils and tanks! Everyone is helpful and informative. They are always so reasonable and personable. After being a long time customer, I always get great deals and know when all the new goodies are coming. They never try to just sell me everything or just anything on the shelf, instead they know what I have, what flavor profile I enjoy and even what I dont. Theyve taken the time and put forth the effort to help me make consumer friendly purchases. They are most definitely proconsumer!! Thanks guys! Ill see you soon!

Witnessed a minor with no ID try to buy something and the cashier refused service then the next customer had a fake ID and was refused. Cashier was called multiple names but she stood up for herself. I will gladly go back because of price but if youve experienced "bad service" its probably because you are a minor and should get a life. Sorry but the truth hurts.

This smoke shop is great! A lady named Lori works there and she is amazing. I stopped in one day because I was shopping at safeway and now I pass 3 other smoke shops closer to my home to go to this shop. Merchandise is great! Im ok with the prices they have quality product and I dont worry about getting fake vape equipment.

This is the spot. Ive been going to shops for over 15 years , and this has been one of the best shops Ive been to . family oriented , happy , helpful and affordable.. No need to go anywhere else . plus I call her mom so we koo like that . if its to pricey for you , get a new hobby !!! You get what you pay for ...

This place is pretty nifty, the managers are really nice and always take care of me. One of the salesman knows what I want when I purchase a glass piece and gets it right everytime. Their supply of replacement glass for the v-one pen could have better availability but other than that, I love this place.

The lady at the front counter was very friendly! Gave me a discount for the piece I purchased since I was not sure if I could afford it; she definitely helped me out big time. Will be visiting again after next paycheck comes in. Loved the atmosphere and was very appreciative to have her help!

Just starred coming here a few months ago for my Djarums. I just wish theyd stock more. I went in once recently and they were out of my milds. Super friendly staff. I bought a lighter that doesnt work. Dont have receipt. Can I get an exchange? Hmmm. Overall great shop!

Nothing special here, nor is it the worst. The merchandise is overpriced and the staff is pushy. I avoid this shop but itll do if its the only option. I go to Cannibals on Gilbert and Southern; they have competitive prices for most of their merchandise.

I come in looking for a new vape, I brought in my old one to see if they had the model they said no come back next week.... Im new to vaping and would have bought a new vape, oil, etc. Etc. If they would have taken 2 mins to help and explain stuff.

This place really took care of me. Extremely friendly, educated, and helpful staff. Their prices on glassware is pretty good too. They have a christmas sale right now for a $50 bong. Would definately recommend to anyone in this area.
