I went here to get a flu shot. I waited in line - alone - for close to 10 minutes without anyone behind the counter even acknowledging my presence despite several of them chatting with each other or idling. Finally someone asked if they could help me and I said I was there to get a flu shot. I was told Id have to come back tomorrow or wait 30 minutes. As I said no thank you and started walking away the pharmacist called out and said if I really needed the flu shot he could get to me in 10 minutes. I wasnt sure how to answer, its not like I was in any urgent need of a flu shot, so I just declined. Considering the long lines and the unconcerned staff, Ill go elsewhere for my pharmacy needs from now on.

Yes, it takes awhile to get prescriptions filled (long line). That being said, Ive never waited more than 30 minutes for my prescriptions and, lets just be frank, the line at the pharmacy is just as long as the checkout line some days. Folks working are never rude (hurried, yes. Rude, no.). The one downside is being hurried, the techs do kinda give out bad medical advice (I was told to take a sleeping pill 1-2 hours before bed...it takes effect in 15-30 minutes). Overall, if youre paying cash, the medicine prices are hard to beat. If youre in a hurry or want to have a solid conversation with your pharmacist, look elsewhere.

They recently changed the pharmacy so now you have to wait in line for 15+ minutes just to drop off your prescription, and then it takes 45-90 minutes to fill it, then you have to wait in line for another 15+ minutes to pick it up. Theyve lost my business, I will be going elsewhere for my prescriptions now.

Prescription not filled after 3 hrs. Told to wait another 20 minutes. Very rude people that would be better suited in a field that does not require customer interaction. For what it worth, this is the lowest rating I have ever given.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used. 20+ minutes just to pick up a prescription. Drop-off only ever has one window open even when the line backs up into the aisle. Pickup has 1 person working.

Although they were very busy, they still managed to get my prescription filled and to me in a timely and efficient manner.

Worst pharmacy ever! The line is always so long. Takes forever to get a prescription filled and the people are so rude.
