I rarely complain. I have had 3 prescriptions filled. Im rarely sick, so when I need a script, I need it. Here were the fill times respectively: >30, >1.5 hrs and > 2hrs. This is not what I call customer centric service. If it takes this long there is a serious staffing problem. The last thing I want to do is go home and come back--though was forced to do so. Last script I went to Sams Club. Filled withing 20 minutes. I will NEVER visit this pharmacy again. I have patronized them for more 20+ years. I dont wish to be rewarded by successively longer wait times for meds that I need for my health and comfort.

Used then for 3 years, tired of poor customer service. Filling a prescription is too much for the pharmacy to handle. Long wait times for even putting a label on a box of syringes. Now they have a sign up saying the flu has caused poor service:. Dont believe it, its the same as always. No reason to go to rite aid here, any place is able to count pills and be civil.

TOO SLOW. When I drop off a prescription, no matter what time of the day, takes an hour. Even if I call it in the night before, they wont even release it for processing until 11:00 AM the next day. Ive complained to corporate office a couple years ago, but doesnt seem to be getting better.

Employees were very welcoming and friendly. My only complaint is that when I went to the pharmacy to fill my medicine, the told me, "We do not have that in stock. We should have some in a couple of weeks." What type of pharmacy does not keep medicine in Stock?!

Always incredibly slow to get a prescription filled no matter what the scenario. All pharmacies are slow, but this one is slower than most.
