So I just moved to the area and called to see about getting my prescriptions transferred. Well in about 3 minutes on the phone with the totally impatient staff at the pharmacy they lost my business. Appaerntly they dont want to contact doctors when its time to refill prescriptions. Per the staff person "in my experience doctors dont like when we call them." Which is weird, my last pharmacy has an automatic selection on their refill line to ask the pharmacy to contact a doctor if I am out of refills, to verify that they can refill it. I responded to her that my doctors actually prefer the pharmacy asking to refill so I dont have to go there and they dont have ot write the prescription. Her response? A BIG SIGH and then a snitty, "Well in that case I guess I can call." I have experienced their lack of cashiers (only 3-4 lines out of 15 open.) I have experienced their deli breakfast that they claim to be open early, not open an hour after the opening time. I have experienced their staffs general lackidasical attitude and complete disregard for customers. I have experienced their overripe produce, their overpriced items and their jerkface deli staff and their managers (have talked to two of them) who really doesnt care about anything. But seriously? Even the pharmacy? Goodness I wish my old grocery store was near here.

This store is always busy and they have 15 cash registers but at any given time there are only 3 cashiers. They are always short staff and there are never employees around the store to help with information on food products. Dont shop here unless you have time to waste. I also tried to call numerous time and there no one ever answers the phone. Good Luck with this place i hope it goes out of business.

This Safeway could be great! Its big and has decently priced items. However, they never, ever, EVER have enough cashiers on. I wont even run in to buy 2 items because it will take 30 minutes in line to get them. Poor job, Safeway.
