The staff are ok; however, the store is too busy for the little staff they have but by far the biggest problem and pet peeve I have is that if you would like to call and find out if your prescription is ready before doing the drive to the store, you are more likely to have that call answered if you call the moon. I dont know if its their phone system or that they choose not to answer the phones but I have yet to call them and get someone to answer the phone in less than 30 minutes of trying or waiting and it really doesnt matter if I call in the morning afternoon or evening.

This pharmacy is a Fing joke, cant get med on time, most recent is i ordered med here with the tech and 3 days later while picking up was told "our shipment truck hasnt showed up for several days now"
