This Rite Aid ROYALLY screwed up. First, they gave me my daughters tamiflu as just powder - no one mixed it before giving it to us. I had to go back to the pharmacy to get It done, and no one offered even an apology. THEN (and this is the big one) they wrote the wrong dosing for my daughters prescription. They wrote she should take 5 teaspoons twice a day... thankfully I called the doctor because it seemed like A TON. Come to find out, shes only supposed to take 5ml (thats only 1 teaspoon, people) twice a day. I called and only got a "yeah... thats wrong. This says its only 1 teaspoon" What if I had given her the full dosage? What if it was a medicine where dosage was super important?! What if....

I have never been disappointed with this Rite Aid. All the staff have been exceptionally nice and polite. I personally have never experienced a prescription that was incorrect...Gregg is super employee...he always remembers my name and face..Hi Mrs. Grill. Thanks for your service.

All the people who work there are friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate Greg and Cory in the pharmacy--they learned my name quickly. Greg is especially personable. I went to CVS for years and they never learned my name!

Larita is a liar and said she called when there was no number in the system. Also they never have my meds. Also, they made me wait an hour and a half to tell me my prescription expired. Worst customer service ever
