The worst pharmacy in town. They do not contact doctors when theyre supposed to and twice I have had to call them 3 days after my prescription was supposed to be refilled only to find out they did not contact the doctor to get a refill. Another time they filled it with generic, when my doctor specifically put brand-name on the prescription. I never had this issue with other Target pharmacies in Greensboro and Winston Salem and Target has always been my go-to choice for pharmacy. The Wilmington pharmacy is just very inefficient, so I will be trying Sams Club Pharmacy.

The line can get a little long, but as soon as you get to the counter you are greeted with the biggest smile! Blake, the Head Pharmacist, has always been my absolute favorite. He is very polite and kind, with a great memory of his guests! Hes the best!
