I never knew a pharmacy could be anything greater than a pharmacy - but this one is superb! I had been waiting on my local CVS to get my medication "in stock" for 2 weeks, and then found out it wasnt covered by insurance and would be $300 out of pocket per month. I escalated to try to get an exception from insurance and they were not helpful AT ALL during the process, causing even greater delays. My doctor told me I should try Market Street Pharmacy, and they were able to fill my prescription in 10 minutes to the tune of $20 because they had a discount card from the manufacturer. Do you think big-box CVS would even CARE to provide this level of thoughtful service? Not a chance! I will be using Market Street pharmacy from now on, even though its an hour drive from where I live. Thank you all so much for your care, concern and thoughtful customer service!
