Stood in line for a while under pharmacist sign and hours as to when they take lunch, just to then ask my question that they couldnt answer and asked I stand in other line, and no where does it say consultation like at cvs, poor service

They told me it would take 15 minutes to fill my prescription. I went shopping for 45 minutes, come back to the pharmacy, and they then tell me I have to wait another 20 minutes. They are never on time
