I was peeved because I came in with a printable coupon from the RITEADE website (the one where you get a gift card to transfer your prescripion), and was told that it might not be accepted because it looked like I illegally copied the coupon from somewhere else. I think they should know if there is a legit printable coupon that comes directly from their official website. Furthermore, I feel like they could have easily looked up the coupon on the internal computers they have in the pharmacy area. Well, I took the chance and left my prescription to be filled. Luckily, when I came back the pharmacy tech was very helpful in finding me a different comparable coupon that they had behind the counter...but apparently they still would not have accepted the original coupon?? Very lax

This pharmacy does not seem to be well organized, as every time I visit this location to pick up a call-ahead prescription, it takes the person at least 5 minutes to find my order (walking around the "filled" medications rack), this is often followed by the excuse that they are "very busy" which is ridiculous as I have been here at all different times of day and throughout the week, often being the only person at the counter.

Absolute worst drug store I have ever been to. On several occasions I have almost been cheated out of money because the staff do not pay attention to what they are doing and end up double scanning items or they do not make proper change (and Im not talking a couple pennies, more like entire dollars). Just stay away form this store entirely.

Worst Rite Aid that I have been to. Horrible experience with the Pharmacists that would not give me a prescription because "my insurance expired two years ago". I have been using that insurance for monthly doctors visits and previous prescriptions for the last year at CVS. Theyre full of BS

Always friendly and the customer service is point. Unfortunately come April, they will out of Network for my insurance plan. But overall a good place. They listen if you have questions or concerns.
