My husband and I have been using DeVons for years for our jewelry needs. We have purchased 4 rings and 2 pairs of earrings from DeVons and the customer service is always impeccable and the selection cant be beat. When my husband was working with Darrin to pick out the diamond for my engagement ring, Darrin had diamonds shipped in from other DeVons stores to make sure my husband got the exact diamond he wanted. In the end, my husband found the perfect diamond within his specifications thanks to Darrin. Darrin also had to search for two very similar diamonds for earrings as my wedding gift, which was no easy task but he succeeded! The other gentlemen in the store are also lovely to work with and we look forward to seeing them each time we go. We will continue to go there to have our jewelry cleaned and fixed when needed and we wouldnt think of going anywhere else to buy jewelry.

Darrin is one of the best salesmen I have come across in any industry. I went in to devons just to browse engagement rings as I happened to be in the area at the time and needed to waste a few hours. I live in New York City, and I thought that I was going to buy my ring on 47th street, but within 10 minutes of walking into devons I saw that Darrin is not an ordinary salesmen- he wanted to give me the best product at the best price. He didnt try to hassle or pressure me. It was a no-brainer- even though I live in NYC, an area with a large diamond industry, I bought my most expensive purchase of my life at Devons, in Reno NV. Although I live far away, I will do my best to ensure that any jewelry that I purchase for the rest of my life comes from Devons.

We have been going to Devons for many years and have always been treated very well by everyone in the store. We usually work Scott and he takes very good care of us. He spent considerable time helping my husband order a custom anniversary ring for me and helped one of our sons to custom design the perfect wedding set and pick a stunning diamond for his bride. The jewelry is beautiful and the service is personal Scott has even made sure that my older favorite jewelry has been repaired like new. We have enjoyed every experience in the store and everything that we have ever purchased there so we will definitely continue to go to Devons for all of our jewelry needs.

Darrin has been simply the best to work with. My now husband and I began our relationship with DeVons when my husband first found a promise ring for me. It was stunning. Because of the outstanding service received from Darrin, we continued to come back. I now have my engagement ring, wedding bands and parting necklace from my parents all from DeVons. Darrin worked with me for months to design the perfect engagement ring and always had my best interest in mind. Now, when I come back for my routine check and cleanings, Darrin always remembers me (by name)! Overall: great customer service, excellent jewellery options, highly recommend to everyone!

I have been going to DeVons in Reno for many years. I mostly deal with Scott who has been excellent to deal with. The rest of the team has always been very helpful also. Scott helped one of my sons pick out a beautiful wedding ring for his wife and she absolutely loves it. I have never seen a ring shine that bright before. Scott just sold me a necklace with matching earnings for my wife for our anniversary and she loves them. I recommend DeVons to everyone because of the great jewelry and service.
