I love and trust this store! I came here on vacation last week, bought some earrings and the entire staff was so helpful and no pressure to buy. Anyways one fell out within 5 days later at home:( lost :( I called store, Angelique was amazing and helped me replace earring from 2 states away! Shes very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her customers! We bought my wedding ring set and necklace from Jareds in Portland OR, and earrings here in Reno store -- I will never go anywhere else because the customer service is amazing at every store but this one especially! Thanks all!

This place puts other jewelry places to shame. Very helpful non judgmental employees. HUGE selection... They have a kids play area, coffee/water lounge area. I made a large purchase and will be happy to do so again.
