The manager, Ed, at Kay Jewelers in The Dalles is wonderful. I have inflammatory osteoarthritis in my knuckles. We had purchased the arthritis shank years back but over the last few years of repairing the clasp it became not an option. Jewelry is cheap and cheesy. Sent a ring in stone keeps falling out, send another ring to be sized and it only needed to be replaced bc of the type of metal took almost 2 months to get it back
