My fiance and I picked my ring out. With both of us not having the most outstanding credit they gave us the option to pay for half of the ring and then put the remainder on credit. I was told that the ring I chose would be in, in my size when we came in to pick it up (not that they would size the ring but they would have a brand new one there). They didnt, we had to take it back the day he proposed they sized the ring wrong and completely destroyed it, so needless to say we had to make them "fix" it. So they cut my ring, scratched and bent the bottom half of it, instead of it being round it is now oval. Very unhappy, they said they would order me a new one since I wasnt satisfied. The order supposedly never went through and now we are being told if we want to just bring it back. I suggest unless your rich and fit the appearance of having a lot of money not to go there. They treat you horribly if your a normal person. We work a combined total of 3 full time jobs so its not like we dont have money. But we treated like scum. I am very un-happy and unfortunately what was to be the most important day of my life, has now thanks to Morgans turned into a giant head ache.

I have been going to Morgan jewelers for over 25 years now. I am from Yakima Washington but I am stationed in San Diego. My mother lives in Yakima. This week I called Morgan jewelers and set up a surprise for her and had her go to the store under false pretenses. I made arrangements with Bobby and the rest of the staff at Morgan jewelers in union gap and when my mother went there they treated her like a rockstar! She said she never felt so important in a jewelry store before. They knew exactly what I wanted, and carried it out for me. Morgan jewelers is my number one jewelry store. My family has all had similar experiences. The team there, goes out of their way to do the extra that makes the entire experience absolutely amazing. Thank you Bobby and thank you Morgan jewelers

Christine helped my husband and I find a new band for my wedding ring. She has amazing taste and figured out what i wanted so fast! I absolutely love my ring! I have since needed help with my bill and she was fast at figuring out the problem and taking care of it fast. Also I have been back in shopping for other rings and Christine and Joe were very helpful! They have beautiful jewelry and everyone who works there is friendly and helpful! They are great with little kids too!!! My daughter enjoyed the shopping experience also! Thank you Morgan jewelers!!! I highly reccomend and will continue shopping there for life!

Bobby down at Morgan Jewelers, what can I say about Bobby. I know for sure he will bend over backwards for you, and work his tail off to make sure youre getting what you want, he goes above and beyond, and asks everything he feels he needs to, to make sure you get whats right. He is more than my Jewelery consultant, he is one of my best friends i have, Im not saying all this just because he is my friend, Im saying this because it is the truth.
